Makeup Artist Sarah Tanno takes true pride in expanding artistic possibilities on the human canvas. Look familiar? You might recognise her from hosting a Pro Artist Class during our incredible HAUS LABS by Lady Gaga launch week at Sephora White City, where she brought her easy-going attitude and creativity in full force.
Known for her ability to make every woman feel their best, she’s worked with a loyal client base of Priyanka Chopra, Chrissy Teigen and Kate Bosworth and - of course - Lady Gaga. Add leading photographers Peter Lindbergh, Annie Leibovitz, Inez & Vinoodh, Tim Walker and Steven Klein into the mix alongside editorial credits for Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, V, Elle, Wonderland and more, and you’re looking at a true industry powerhouse.
As Lady Gaga’s personal makeup artist, together they have created iconic collaborations, explored reverential makeup traditions and built upon them. Sarah’s talent has been sought after and led to many collaborations with global brands. In 2019, Sarah was named the Global Artistry Director of Haus Labs By Lady Gaga - and we’ve loved every moment we’ve spent with her.
