I have used these for around 5 years now. They’ve really helped my skin, its not so oily (which happens with dry skin), the redness on my cheeks is less. My skin overall feels lovely and I really notice a difference if I stop taking them for a while. Fab product and great value for money given its 180 tablets in one pot.
