How to sharpen?
When I bought this in your Harrods store, I was assured it sharpened like a normal pencil and yet it seems to be a plasticky case? It blunts very quickly so please advise how we are to restore the point to this eyeliner. Thank you

Liner piece in middle fell out
Just received my order of both the black & mahogany liner pencils. When I took the top off of the brown one to look at it, the middle liner section was sticking way out & when I tried to stuff it back in, a large chunk of the liner fell out. Is a waste of $$. The black pencil seems ok.

Smudges badly
This product quality is very bad. On application within an hour it smudges all over your eyes. I have used Mahogany brown eye pencil and my suggestion is please do not waste your money. Bobbi Brown quality is getting worse day by day. I am not happy with the product.

I was recommended this eyeliner as a longer lasting alternative to my previous Bobbi Brown eyeliner gel. It goes on quite heavy which I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the fact within a matter of hours it's all under my eyes and on my eyelid creases. I have to repeatedly remove the smudges from around my eyes throughout the day. It's a shame as I do like the effect of it when I first apply it. I will have to return to my previous gel eyeliner I think.

Inner crayon fell out of pencil at first use
Very disappointed, especially given the price, that the crayon within the pencil fell out the first time I used. This has happened on several occasions resulting in the crayon breaking

There is no way to sharpen it
I recently bought the set on offer which included this eyeliner pencil. It said there would be a sharpener with it but there isn't and therefore I have no way to sharpen it. It means I have wasted my money and am extremely disappointed as I use a lot of Bobbie Brown products. Not sure I will in future :-(

The whole inside of the pencil fell out
I don't know what has happened to the quality of this product but the whole of the inside of the pencil fell out from the wooden exterior. Am really disappointed that this has happened.
