Love the brush
The brush is smaller at the tip, quite small and has plastic small tips, so it's really easy to get to all lashes and into corners. It really lengthens and helps with curl. I use a thickening mascara first then this

Is this mascara water-based (i.e. suitable to use with lash extensions/lash lift)?
Im afraid i cant answer your question regarding using this product on lash extensions etc , but when i used this mascara i found it smudged quite a bit throughout the day wearing it , i found Benefit Theyre Real mascara much better - never smudged once through a 12 hr shift !! Hope this helps ??
