No guide colour
Probably by fault for not researching enough but this product has so guide colour! The application was fairly easy although took a little while to dry as its very oily. It looked like a sheen on the skin with very little colour. The next morning the colour had developed loads and the colour itself was a lovely golden brown. However it wasn't very well applied due to no guide colour, even though i am an experienced tanner i ended up missing my knees completely anf having very dark hands despite using a mitt. The colour did wear down really nicely and evenly and lasted well over a week on me. Will use again but will try and improve application.

Holiday tan
Every time I wear this tan people stop me in shops and ask if I’ve been on holiday I’ve even had 2 people write down the name of the tan I use so they can buy it to, it goes on perfect with the bondi sands applicator mit and it does smell really nice, it does stain sheets a tiny bit but maybe I put it on and got into bed to soon...the tan come out of the sheets after first wash though, I will never use any other tan apart from this, it doesn’t go patchy and horrible like other tans after a few days it just fades nicely, I have tried most tans as I have been tanning for about 13 years now and I can’t believe I have only just found this!! 100% the BEST

Do not waste your money on this tan. I am a massive fan of bondi sands products and have been using the dark foam for a year or so now. I saw this and decided to try but wish I’d stuck to what i know. Right from the first pump I knew I had made a mistake- I have fair skin and it is far too light. Surely a indication or colour guide on the bottle would have been a good idea? I thought that it may develop over night but this morning I am so disappointed. Feet and face are orange and absolutely no difference to my arms and face where I applied the product liberally. Do not buy this product I wish I hadn’t! Going to have to go and buy a bottle of the remover now.

Good but....
Total novice tanner and applied this relatively quickly. Considering there was no guide colour it went on lovely and even. I picked this as I liked the fact you didn’t need to wash it off and after a few hours I had a lovely looking tan and the colour was perfect even for my pale skin. However, I found that the smell wasn’t great and even worse when paired with the Bondi Sands moisturiser; it also didn’t wear well and I found after a day or two I had white patches in random places and it also left my skin looking rather scaly. I would try Bondi Sands again but not sure I’d buy this product again, I would prefer something with a better smell and more moisturising.

Not long lasting and leave skin dry and dehydrated.
I normally use the Bondi Sands tanning water however, I chose to use the liquid gold as I needed it to dry quickly and It advertised having the argon oil which made me believe it would moistures my skin too.
I'm not happy with this tan as it didn't last well on my skin, by day 2 my skin was feeling really dry and itchy and the tan started to come off. I used the recommended exfoliator prior to the application as advised and moisturised for two days after application. Since the itchiness started (on day 2) I have been scrubbing it every day, after scrubbing for 5 days and the tan is slowly coming off yet still itching, therefore, I would not recommend this tan to anyone.

The first time i replicated it it felt eally nice but the smell wasn't really good. After 3 hours it was still sticky and nothing changed so i decided to leave it overnight andi woke up the next day with a orange looking colour and i didn't even put a lot of it . I thought it was just the process but after a day of my skin looking orange it was still like that i think even worse so i decided to scrub it off with a body scrub and it come off slightly . Afterwards it started to be so patchy all over my body and it still is right now . I am not going to buy it anymore after this horrible experience.

Best range of fake tan
Always come back to this self tan! Applies so easily, not streaky, and dries relatively quickly. Once developed it leaves a lovely golden tan that lasts! It fades evenly and when you want to take it off it doesn’t require too much scrubbing. Only trouble is if you have white bedsheets, beware! I have found over several nights there is a slight transfer. The smell is not too strong there is a hint of fake tan but it really isn’t that bad the coconut definitely helps. It is by far the best self tan I’ve come across for a nice golden tan, and the price range is so decent for what you receive.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love that it doesn’t stain, it’s easy to apply and the color is absolutely lovely. It dries super fast too. I usually apply overnight and shower in the morning but you could literally just walk around with the tan while it’s developing. The guide colour isn’t as visible as with others which has actually helped me build confidence with application as this was my first ever fake tan :) but if you need a darker guide, then this may not be the best one to start with.
It is not super dark and develops into a beautiful golden colour.
