I was super scared to use any kind of fake tan because I have fairly severe eczema and very sensitive skin so was worried that it would cling to dry patches of skin and be patchy or streaky. I have had this experience in the past even with mild gradual tanning moisturisers so didn’t have high expectations. However, the tan was perfect! It was so smooth and even and a great colour, and didn’t dry out or irritate my skin at all. Made me feel really confident - I would really recommend. Also for people with eczema and dry skin I would recommend exfoliating and moisturising thoroughly the night before you tan to make sure skin is extra soft!

My favourite tan!
I’ve used this tan for over a year now and am just about to re-purchase a new bottle. I am ridiculously pale and so I struggle to find a fake-tan that doesn’t look orange on me. This tan goes on so easily and dries down very quickly, it smells nice at first but does eventually get that characteristic fake-tan smell, but that doesn’t really bother me as it is expected. I usually leave this on for around 2-3 hours, or sometimes even just 1 if I’m just looking for a little bit of a boost. I have never had issues with streakiness and I find this tan very forgiving, so it’s great if you’re not experienced! I love the way my skin looks after using this product and would highly recommend it!

Amazing stuff!
I am no tanning pro and have only tanned a handful of times (including spray tan) and I have found using Bondi gave me the best tan. I went for the light/medium to see how it’ll come out and then go for darker if I wanted. The mitt is an absolute must! It gave me such an even, smooth tan and it looked flawless. When I applied it I thought I made a patch on my arms but once it dried after a few hours I washed it off and it all blended so well and couldn’t even notice! Definitely if you’re a first timer this tan will be lush for you! No need to worry about patchiness etc I feel like however you apply it’ll come out flawless! Can’t wait to try the darker one.

Love this product
Love this product. The foam is easy to apply and you don't have to be neat as long as you cover everywhere you want tanning. I will sometimes wash this off after just an hour if i am in a rush and it gives a nice tan. It does have the fake tan smell, but I'm yet to find a fake tan product that doesn't.

Bondi sands self tan -big success
This is the best self tan formula I have used. The light /medium formula gives a lovely natural tanned finish. Easy to apply and quick drying, I left it on overnight and showered in morning and was so pleased with the results, no patchy areas or obvious lines. The tan wore off gradually over a week without that horrible ‘tiger bread’ look that many self tans produce. Highly recommend this product

A Tanning Miracle
This product actually works miracles, and it’s not a joke! I’m the palest person around, and I mean even the milky bar kid is darker than me and somehow it manages to make me look like I have the money to go abroad to somewhere like the Maldives. It is the only tan that actually stays brown instead of turning orange. It doesn’t go streaky, and when using the remover all of it comes off instead of patches like most tans. If you’re going to buy any fake tan it’s got be this one. I will only be buying this one from now on.

Great Product!
I have been using this tan for years, a very even coverage even if when I apply it there are some darker sections. I leave on for about 10 hours over night and leaves a nice olive bronzed colour. I am very pale so go for this lighter colour but always gets lots of compliments on my natural tan.

Perfect for pale skin
Absolutely adore this tan. It sometimes looks a little green when applying but don't worry it will be fine! The guide colour makes it so easy to ensure an even tan all over. I leave it on overnight and shower in the morning - it comes out a lovely golden glow. It may be too light for some but suits me as an everyday colour. I will probably do a double application for holidays etc. The wear off is fairly even, doesn't look too obvious. Having used another brand for about 10 years I'll be switching to Bondi.

Using product for the first time, exfoliated a couple of days ago, used a moisturiser on elbows, knees nd ankles a day ago, is standing in front of a fan a good idea to allow the product to dry quicker? When can I dress without transferring product?

A standard tan will normally dry within 5-10minutes.
We recommend using dark clothing and dark bed sheets whilst the tan is developing as sometimes transfer cannot be helped.

After applying and waiting 1 - 6 hours, do I wash off with soap etc. or just with the shower water?

I'd recommend on the first wash to just shower with water. The excess tan will come off with water alone. Additional soap products can strip the tan further. I'd recommend to pat dry your skin with a towel after.

Application Tips: Pump foam applicator firmly and apply liberally to a tanning mitt before using a long sweeping motion to legs, arms and body. Use remaining residue on tanning mitt for face, elbows and knees.
