Awful. My comfort blanket of 15 years destroyed.
This wash absolute favourite shower and bath product. My first ever Clarins product as a teenager. And it had a real preciousness about it to me as a result. The new version is a complete joke. Texturally and scent is so poor. How could Clarins have done this??? If anyone is looking for the proper version - the actual gel is blue. The new useless version - the gel itself is yellow and the bottle is blue.

Disappointing changes to product
After being recommended relax bath and shower gel by a friend.. I was hooked! Then… the new formula arrived and it’s changed for the worse I’m sad to say. Please bring back the old formula. I have now gone elsewhere to use a different product . Good money for products should perform how customers expect them to.

So Disappointing
Have used this product for years and loved it, the new formula is not a patch in the old one. No suds, fragrance does not last. Will not buy again

Disappointed!
I’ve bought this frequently in the past! It’s my go-to for my camping holidays as I love showering with it before I got to bed after a long day walking and sight seeing. I haven’t bought it for a a couple of years but as I’m off camping again this spring I got a new one! Although it smells similar from the bottle it’s disappointing when I shower with it! Defo not the same lovely smell and I won’t be buying it again. I’ll have to look elsewhere for an alternative now sadly!

A little goes a long way
I always purchase this item as I think it is great value. A little goes a long way & it creates bubbles like nothing else I know. You need the smallest of amounts and leaves your skin soft ready for moisturiser and smells great when used I. Shower lathers so well.
