Used to be the best eye cream, since the reformulation it stings
This eye cream used to be the absolute best I had ever used, when it was in the previous bronze packaging. In the last year, it appears that the eye cream was reformulated and the packaging switched to purple. Unfortunately, the new formula burns my eyes in a way the that the old formula never did. The application is exactly the same, so it must be the formula that makes my eyes sting. This is such a shame... I understand that reformulations are sometimes necessary, but in this case, it was a mistake! Please consider bringing back the old formula, it was such an incredible product!

Oh so cooling
I was lucky enough to be sent this to try as part of the Beauty Spot community and I have to say it’s really making a difference to the puffiness under my eyes. The cream is rich but not sticky or tacky and is starting to soften the small crow’s feet I have at the corners of my eyes. The built in cooling tool on the flip side is fabulous and really helps to cool and smooth the eye area, along with help to drain away puffiness. Also works on dark circles and has a lovely texture which sinks in nicely but doesn’t drag on the delicate eye area.

Really cooling applicator
I was lucky enough to trial this for The Beauty Spot Community. The product can be applied around the eyes and lips, which makes it really versatile. The metal applicator is so soothing and cooling on the eye area, especially good if you suffer from puffiness. It would be easier if the product dispensed from the front so that you could easily apply more if you need it,but that's a small point. The eye cream is a lovely texture and suited my skin perfectly. It was not too rich, but moisturising enough for my eye area. From first application my eye area felt soothed and looked more radiant. I think with continued use my results will get better and better. I like to use the applicator, gently supporting my eye area with my fingers so that I don't tug or drag the delicate skin. I then gently tap any excess product with my ring fingers. This is a great eye cream tgat I think would suit most people and skin types.

OK but does not do all that it claims to do
I was sent this cream to try out by The Beauty Spot Community was excited to try it as I have not tried Caudalie products before.
I have lines around my eye area and on one side they are more noticeable. I used this cream twice a day as recommended applying it with the built in metal massaging nozzle. I liked the nozzle as it was very cooling on the skin and it helped to apply the cream evenly. The cream has definitely softened the skin and reduced dark circles and to a certain extent it reduces puffiness but it has not really reduced under eye bags. Unfortunately, I have not noticed any reduction in the fine lines or wrinkles either.
Whilst this is a nice enough cream to use, I think for the price there are better eye treatments available.

Treat for Eyes
I’ve been using this eye cream for several weeks and I’m impressed! It is a good all round cream and you only need a tiny amount. It still feels like the tube is almost full. I found it is better to squeeze the cream on my finger and gently apply around the eyes, then use the applicator to massage the cream into the skin. I also use any residue on my finger around the lip area. The applicator is a real bonus as it cools the eyes and feels fab. The cream then absorbs well with no residue and ready to apply make up.

Luxury in a tube
Always used the white brightening eye serum from Caudalie but I’m now converted ! This cream is magical only used it once today as order arrived this morning. It’s luxury in a tube. I’m 50 in a few days & my skins never been better thanks to this brand. Won’t use anything else on my skin. Looking forward to tonight’s skincare routine. Kept the tube in the fridge as the metal application tip is gorgeous. Everyone needs this along with the same premier cru range. Thanks Caudalie you’re skincare geniuses ❤️❤️

Effective and gentle eye cream.
I really like this eye cream (this is the second one I've bought!). It does seem to brighten up the eye area and is gentle and soothing on my sensitive skin. I have given it 4 stars rather than 5 as I do wish it was in a refillable glass pot rather than a plastic tube. I find it's difficult to get the cream out when (presumably) the tube is getting empty, and I have to be careful how I use the cooling metal tip as I have scratched myself a few times - I think on the part where the cap locks on.

Early days but loving the effects already!
Have only been using this cream for five days and the difference it has made to my eye area already is really encouraging. I suffer from dark circles and crepey lines under my eyes, both of which seem to be improving. When I look in the mirror, the under eye areas look smoother and brighter so I am feeling very positive about this new purchase! Have also bough Premier Cru La Creme face cream, so will review that separately and hoping to achieve a more youthful complexion!
