I have suffered from dry eyes with other products cheap or expensive, the water also irritates my eyes, however got this as a miniature and weirdly my dry eyes are 75 percent better I assume the product is slightly coating the eye area protecting them from allergens, my dry skin patches are healing as I suffer from multiple allergies have reduced to near nothing in a week I've now ordered the large bottle and this product as a game changer for dry skin and cleanser with or without water I can't thank Clinique enough as before this even dust and animal fur in the air irritated my eyes now my eyes are coping bring on a body wash to match for dry skin

Bottle a total disaster
It's virtually impossible to get the milk out! I leave the bottle upside down all the time with the lid off, this doesn't work. I shake it I thump it, in total dispair! The product itself is nice, but I will never buy it again, as it has caused so much anger!!! Regards Joanna

Bottle is not fit for purpose
It is near impossible to get the product out of the bottle! I ended up washing out a soap dispenser with a pump and transferred the product to that! It might be good for the environment but why have you stopped using pumps?

Useless bottle
I received this as a free offer. The cleanser itself is not bad, though i much prefer the "Take the day off" make up remover" However the bottle is useless. I couldn't get the cream out of it even when it was new, I have had to turn it upside down, take the flip lid off, and bash it hard onto my hand to get anything out. Absolute disaster, I won't have it again, even if its on free offer..

Useless in removing make up
It claims to be make up remover, but doesn't remove well at all. I tried to remove Clinique zero gravity, Foundation- barely clean skin. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend, unless used to clean bare skin.

Love this cleanser, BUT
I love this product which is why I keep buying it although the packaging is not fit for purpose as many others have mentioned. Even keeping the bottle upside down doesn't help much so I've had to resort to cutting the bottle open when the product no longer comes out and the bottle is usually still half full so I just transfer the product to a jar. Have you considered changing the packaging?

Love this cleansing milk,just as good as the previous version,like another review said just place upside down if finding it difficult to come out. This along with ddml+, all about eyes rich, turnaround night moisturiser [blue] 2-3 times a week and the weekly moisture surge mask is all i use for great beautiful skin.
