I was AMAZED!
I've never been able to blow dry my own hair as it is incredibly curly and frizzy and having had two shoulder and one back surgery, I don't have the strength in my upper body even if I wanted to. This product was made for me... it is light, it can be used with one arm only, is extremely simple to use and works on hair even as curly as mine with no need for hair products or extreme high heat which is damaging. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to all my friends and family. A huge thank you to the wonderful team from Dyson who demonstrated this product beautifully and patiently with a novice like myself. I've been converted!!!

Amazing technology
I was privileged to be invited to a demonstration of this Amazing hair styling product and to have a chance to try it for myself. The results were stunning, particularly with longer hair. My hair is quite short but I was still able to create volume and texture. I’m sure with practise I could achieve even better results. I tend to keep my hair short as I have struggled to acieve a lasting style when it is longer but after using this I am very tempted to grow it again. I’m sure this styling product will make all the difference. Once again Dyson has produced an innovative product by changing the conventional approach.

Very disappointed
I had this for Christmas so only 6 months old, it has started cutting out. Have cleaned filters as instructed but still keeps cutting out and overheating. I'm really disappointed, I love the product and was hoping to take it away with me on holiday, but Dyson are now collecting my airwrap next week for repair so I will be without it for my holiday where we are going to a wedding so was relying on my dyson to do my hair. This is not the first Dyson product we have had problems with, it's really annoying as they are really expensive and you would not expect them to be defective within 6 months of use. Probably would not buy another Dyson product after this experience :(

GET READY TO CHUCK ALL YOUR OTHER HAIR TOOLS.
As per Dyson reputation this is another WOW product, in the beginning can feel a bit weird to use it only because is so simple that feels suspicious.
I had an opportunity to try this at the store so I was the awarkard customer asking questions like; what’s the worst that can happen / what happens to my supersonic / is this going to damage my hair? Etc etc etc
I can not praise it enough - it will feel weird at the first try but I can assure that you’ll get the grip of it and will not want to go back to anything else.
Thank you Dyson for creating product that even I didn’t know that was what I need.

Pleasantly surprised.
I have had this product for a week. I got it with a 30 day money back guarantee, and quite expected thatI would be sending it back. But, no way.
I have shortish, fine hair which tends to be dry and frizzy. I didn’t think that I would be able to use the curling wand tool, but I was wrong. I am loving having bouncy curly hair, which has lasted for a few days. It was also easy to create a less curly style, that did not turn unruly as soon as I left home.
So, even though this product is a ridiculous amount of money to buy, I am glad that I did. It has taken the dread out of washing my hair. I now know that I can tame it with very little effort!

Fabulous love it
I bought my Dyson Airwrap in July 21, I read a lot of reviews saying how difficult it was to use, I found it so easy to use from the off, the first time I curled my hair for my sons birthday party, everyone commented on how nice my hair was, and it stayed in all day. I watched videos on how to do this and found it relatively easy to do first time, I also used a curl moose which helped to hold it all day and night. The thing I use all the time is the straight brush and dryer heads they are fabulous, and so quick and easy to use with great results. My daughter in law asked to borrow my airwrap to try it, and now wants one for her Christmas.

I am very unhappy with the dyson airwrap
I purchased the airwrap in April this year and at first i loved it, it made my hair look lovely, I even convinced my friend to buy one. Something has changed, since using it my hair is now very frizzy and the airwrap doesn't smooth it. The curls don't stay either, I have researched all different methods and styling products to use and nothing works. The exact same thing happened to my friend too, we both loved it but after 6 months of use it is pretty much useless as a styler and I am very unhappy I made the investment. It is like the heat is not high enough to style. Itbis now too late to return and I would definitely return if I could.

Dyson air wrap
I bought this with a view of returning it thinking I couldn’t use it myself. How wrong was I! Very easy to use in fact I haven’t even used it like the videos I held it near my hair with the barrels on and it did it itself. How easy is that. I must admit I thought it may be cumbersome again how wrong I was it’s easy to use although I have to turn it into view to switch the buttons as I forget where they are. If anyone wanted one and had second thoughts buy it and you won’t be disappointed. I like dyson all my dyson products to me are fantastic and I know there will be people who will say it’s not what they thought. I prefer to try myself.
