Loving this so far!
I personally not had any real issues with retinol, but there are a lot of drawbacks for me including; no exfoliation, no use of peeling products, no self tan etc etc so for me the payoff just isn’t big enough to use a retinol product longterm.
This serum fits perfectly into my current Pro Collagen routine. It soaks in perfectly, and after two weeks of use now - I’m seeing more clarity to my skin and it’s a lot less dull. I look forward to seeing more results. The only reason I removed one star is purely because it soaks in so quickly it’s hard to distribute across the area you need it to! So I’ve adapted my application to sectioning out my face. I use one drop on my forehead, spread and press it in, then my cheeks and so on.

Will be using again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really interested in this product as I wanted to try something that worked on fine lines and wasn't Retinol based. I've got to say I do think it has helped plump things up a bit. I'm looking for help around my eyes mainly and previously used the eye serum. My only thing I would say is the eye serum seemed to last ages and maybe I have been a little too Liberal with this product. Have never been let down by Elimis, such great products!

I have rated this 3 star based on my experience, however don't let this put you off.
Unfortunately, the serum caused a break out of large red inflamed spots. I have not had spots for many years. I was advised that this is normal and to persevere, which I did. While the spots have reduced in numbers, they have left red hyperpigmentation marks! This is frustrating as my skin was clear.
However, the serum has really brightened my skin to a point it would look great without makeup, if it were not for the red marks that need covering. The irony. This is why I say it could have been rated 5 stars.
Based on my experience I would not recommend, however, if were not for the hyperpigmentation marks I have been left with, I would recommend it highly.

No Difference Yet
Bought this product about 5/6 weeks ago, lovely bottle, lovely smell, but so far have seen no difference at all, and for the price I would have hoped to see even a slight difference. I do put a thin layer on night and morning. Maybe I need to put a thicker layer on, so will start to do that and see what happens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free to test couldn’t believe I could be so lucky was sent a full size bottle I have been using for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it the scent is gorgeous but not overpowering it feels slightly sticky on contact with my skin but quickly sinks in and leaves no residue. I have noticed a slight difference in the fine lines around my mouth and hope this will get even better the longer I use the product. Skin feels divine after using this it’s like a spa in a bottle .I apply this under moisturiser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great delivery method, small pump in the lid which gives just the right amount of serum for your full face. Quickly absorbed into skin, slightly tacky for a few moments only. Subtle scent, smelling fresh. Made my skin feel beautifully softer and look smoother. Compliments on how well I am looking - when wearing nothing on my face but this serum and mascara. A definite must have for your daily routine.

Amazing Retinol Alternative!
I have now been using this product for 7 days and I can already see clarity on my forehead! I cannot use Retinol products as they are drying out my skin so this came as an absolute must to add into my Pro-Collagen routine! Looking forward to see the results after a longer period of use!

This is now my favourite Elemis product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the Pro-Collagen Renewal Serum by Elemis for an honest review. I love it! It has a lovely fresh fragrance which is not quite as strong as the marine cream (which was my favourite Elemis product) fragrance. I think it has hydrated my skin and I feel it has evened out my skin tone and has given it a healthy glow and looks brighter. I have used the serum followed by the Elemis Rose Oil as I have been in the sun more than usual recently. I feel much more confident going out without make up on since using it. You only need 3-4 drops and I love the dropper so you don’t use more than is needed. This is now my favourite Elemis product and I wouldn’t be without it.
