My new favourite product!
I received a sample of this cleansing balm in December and started using it every evening as part of my double cleanse routine. I have nothing but amazing things to say about it - I have combination skin so did worry that this would be too oily for my sensitive skin but it's not at all. It cleans my skin perfectly, has a lovely smell and it makes me feel a little like I'm having a spa treatment every night when I use it. This has now become a 'can't live without' product. It's a little more than I would usually spend on a cleanser but it lasts for ages so it's definitely good value for money. I can't say enough good things about it really.

Adore it- but how has it now so expensive?!
I have been using only this cleanser for probably 6-7 years now, since the age of 17. I could never go without it, in fact I do not think I have. But how, oh how, can the price have almost doubled since then?! I wish I'd bulk bought back then. It won't stop me using it, but it's such a shame!

Évaluation du service : Very good service, as usual.Produit : Feels luxurious on the skin and I love the sent of this product. Nevertheless, I don't think it is amazing, definitely no WOW effect after the first use or the next ones. I don't really get the hype surrounding this product. I get better results with my usual cleanser (angel on bare skin by Lush) and it's 1/4 of the price of the Emma Hardie one. It's not a bad product either. I think it's just an okay product, definitely not worth the price tag. I do think the cloth is really good though!

Brilliant cleanser
I started using this product and the vit C moisturiser a year ago after having trouble and spending lots of money on other well recommended brands. I have oily/combination skin which is also sensitive in parts. I was hesitant to try at first but wont use anything else now. The cleansing balm and moisturiser last for so so long and remove all make up easily and gently and has reduced my oilyness dramatically. Make up stays in place all night now and is smoother. It was definitely money well spent. Havnt had to buy a new pot of cleansing balm yet and only just had to buy new pot of the moisturiser.

The Best Cleanser
My most recommended product, every single client I use this on becomes obsessed with this cleanser. Removes make-up, moisturises and leaves skin feeling fantastic. Can use it morning and evening, first or second cleanse and a tub lasts a long time so it's not really that expensive. Can not think of anything bad about this.

Best cleansing balm
this is the BEST cleansing balm I have tried by far. Melts away all my make-up and SPF without any need to really scrub and pull at the skin. It's also really moisturising and doesn't dry out my skin like others I have tried. The scent is lovely but isn't irritating on my sensitive skin. As well as cleansing, this leaves my skin super soft and has really helped improve the texture. The microfibre cloth is lovely too! A little pricey but such great value as the tub lasts me ages and I honestly can't imagine using anything else now. Great when FeelUnique has a special offer!

Best Cleanser
Great for removing all make up & smells divine.
Have used as a hydrating mask also. Gives a healthy bounce which is great for my 48 year old skin.
Loved the tester so much I purchased the large size.
Removes every last speck of make up & I feel this is great for any skin type & age.
I’ve dry skin but once massaged in then massaged again with damp hands it turns into a milk easy to wipe off, so even great for oily types.
Definitely a keeper.

Is this supposed to be exfoliating? I bought this a long time ago and can’t remember it being so! Mine has also crystallised
I've been buying this product for years now and I love it. I use it twice a day every day.
I have also found the balm to feel less waxy then It used to be and YES it also feels like it has exfoliating properties in it too. I will buy it one last time from Feelunique but if it's the same then I will not be purchasing it again from this site.
