I like this product because it feels nice, thanks to the cooling roller ball. I’ve tried other roller ball products from other brands but this is the one that stays most cold. I think that’s because the product itself is very refreshing too. However, I don’t use it for results as it has no impact on my dark circles or fine lines. And it’s definitely not moisturising enough so I don’t use it alone either otherwise my under eyes would feel very dry. I think of this as a nice, extra step of moisture but I have to use a ‘main’ eye cream after. I don’t mind that: there’s no harm in a little extra hyaluronic in my routine and the bottle lasts reasonably long.

I was expecting to work
I wanted to like it, but… I bought it because the product comes in a glass container and it’s meant to be more environmentally friendly than other. However I don’t think throwing the container with a metal ball in it is the right thing to do. The product itself, we’ll it does nothing for me, I agree with other reviews: you need to use another kind of moisturiser on top. I’ve not noticed less puffiness, less wrinkles, or more moisturised skin. I’m even now using it all over my face because I want it to be finished so I can move on with another product. A real shame!

Average product. I don’t really see a difference, it’s fresh when you apply the product so that’s nice but it’s the main positive aspect for me. Also the roll-on does not work that well, so you get the fresh effect but no product on your skin. I always have to use it on my hand before to be sure to get some product under my eyes.

Feels great
I have been using this item for a month and it feels great. It has a metal roller ball to apply it and it is always really cold so it wakes my eyes up. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I haven't seen any improvement in the dark circles under my eyes. Maybe I just need to keep using it?

Holy Grail
This plus the evolve glycolic toner are my ride or die skin care products! This is cool and soothing around the eyes and as a result I have no visible fine lines on my eye lids or around my eyes. Perfect product! Only wish is that the rollerball was a screw top so it could be reused

Cooling and effective
This is the first eye product I have us d that for me actually seems to work . I have baggy puffy under eye area , but with this it seems to reduce the puffiness . I wear contact lenses and this doesn't affect my eyes at all
