I received a balm dotcom for Xmas last year, after years and years of severe dry cracked lips and trying everything you can imagine. This was my absolute saviour! I can’t remember the last time I had cracked dry lips. Until I recently lost my balm dotcom and had to buy this terrible new formula. My dry cracked lips are back with a vengeance and I am so disappointed after finding such an amazing product. This is nothing like the previous formula, it’s no where near as long lasting, having to apply several times a day. The smell and texture has remained the same but unfortunately the effects of the balm just do not work anymore. Bring back the old formula!!!

I bought this a while ago because it became so popular online. for the formula, its absolutely not worth the price. I have dry, cracked lips and I thought this was going to fix it. however, it doesn't do anything. the only nice thing is the packaging, instead opt for a bit of Vaseline for a quarter of the price. absolutely not worth the price.

Seemed popular, but really not worth the hype.
I bought this a little over a month ago on a hunt to find a moisturising, long lasting, lovely feeling lip balm for my full lips in English winter weather. I have struggled to find a favourite of mine so far, which genuinely keeps my lips moisturised for a long time and looks good too. I got this product because it seemed to have a lot of hype and i wanted to see how i would like it. The first application was fine, I got coconut, and i hate the smell (smells like greasy cooking oil) the texture isn't the best either, its very greasy and honestly not moisturising at all, it surprisingly leaves my lips feeling even drier than before i apply.
Not sure if i got a poor batch, but definitely would not spend my money on this particular product again.

New formula is terrible, do not waste your money
The original version of BDC was fantastic and actually healed my lips as well as keeping them moisturised all night. The new formula is awful, super drying and oily and greasy and feels gross on your lips. It lasts two seconds and makes your lips feel all chapped and gross! Don’t bother. Get Lanolips instead.

As almost everyone else has said - bring back the old formula!!! I used to LOVE BDC and rave about it to whoever would listen, I am so sad the new formula is completely different and awful. Provided no moisture, only get oil from the applicator every time!!

Daughter loves it
Bought as a gift for my 13 year old daughter, she absolutely loves it. Loves the mango flavour and the glossiness. It lasts well too.
