Very thick cream and seems to absorb into your skin as your skin needs it. If your skin doesn't need too much moisturising it may take a few hours to get rid of the shiny face if you slap on too much. I realise now this just means you have put too much on. Recently been on a boat in the wind for a week and the cream just soaked into my skin and was absorbed at once with no shiny face as happened when I was indoors at work and not so exposed to the elements. I have learned to put on the right amount now and as such is quite economical and effective face moisturiser. My skin definitely feels softer for using this product. It is my only face moisturiser now. Speaking for skin that has been around for over 50yrs, hence the choice for 'renewal' cream.

I thought it would feel really heavy on the ski...
I thought it would feel really heavy on the skin but it really doesn't, it has a really lovely almost mousse like creamy texture.

This is the best natural moisturiser I have tried (and I've tried a lot). It's thick cream but doesn't leave my face feeling greasy once absorbed into the skin. I am allergic to lots of perfumes in things, but this does not irritate my skin or make me sneeze, it doesn't have a strong smell, so it gets full points from me.

Yes I have stopped using Jason vitamin E moisturiser. I found the feel and consistency of the cream not so good.
