Loving it!
I was on the hunt for a smaller version of my usual moisturiser at the airport on my way to a month long beach holiday but ended up going for this, thinking I’d only wear it to bed because of its thick texture and can get away with just some spf during the day. Well, in the end it replaced my regular moisturiser. I’ve just finished my second tube; I don't have dry skin by the way. My only wish is that it also came in a pot. Highly recommend giving it a shot!

Amazing!!
I can’t get enough of this! I have eczema and get very dry skin on my face during the winter. I’ve been applying this to problem areas whenever I’m outside and it works great at preventing my skin from drying up in the cold wind. I get through a tube a month currently as my eczema is very bad and I apply it multiple times a day and it feels so moisturising and thick. I just wish it came in a big pot!

Fantastic skin product for dermatitis
I was given a sample of this along with a previous purchase and have now bought the full size product. If you have contact dermatitis it would be worth asking for a sample to see if it it works for you. I have had very painful dry skin around my eyes and on my hands several times over the last year and nothing else has come close to helping as i don’t generally like the feel of emollient type creams on my skin. This cream absorbs quickly and leaves the skin soft for a decent length of time: when the dermatitis is still showing i use it 3/4 times a day and once it’s cleared up, morning and night time use is fine. Please do not change any of the ingredients.

Foolishly ended up with hideous sunburn - my face was literally peeling off and in two days this cream turn me from hideous peeling patchy skin to my normal self - amazing thank you to the incredible sales team who helped me and recommended it!

Slightly confused
I’m slightly confused as this is advertised as a “barrier repair cream” yet looking apon the ingredients list, it has ‘salaylic Acid’ in it… this is an avtive ingredient that can cause irritation to sensitive skin. So my question is why is it in a barrier repair cream??

Best repair cream ever
I am 30 years old and suddenly developed eczema on my eyes and around my lips. I spent hundreds on eczema creams and emollients to try to fix it. I was on antihistamines to reduce the swelling on the eyes and all in all it was miserable living.
One day, I walked into Kiehls and was recommended this cream. It is the single most perfect solution to my eczema. I no longer need to use hydrocortisone or any of the other 3 creams I was using to manage my eczema. They've all been replaced by this one cream.
Some of you may think it's expensive for 50ml but, after spending hundreds on all the other creams, finding one sure fire solution was actually a very good spend.

Calmed excema flare up.
Calmed my angry excema flare up in just a couple of hours. My face was burning and red. It’s still red but not as much. Definitely calmed and just in a couple of hours. I was reluctant after buying in to so many promises of good products over the years but I seem to have hit it lucky this time.

Not going go lie I was a bit sceptacle when it comes to a barrier cream, I feel it’s just a super thick layer of war paint that blocks the elements and leaves you feeling thick and oily…..
This is it the case. Experiencing wind burn and some awkward facial dryness for the first time I was keen to give jt a go, literally over night my skin was 80% improved- redness was down, flakey skin gone and irritation almost vanished. I was hoping with continued use it would disappear however it keep the irritation to a minimum and I barely noticed anymore.
