Gloopy and Jelly like consistency
I bought this due to the impressive ingredients list. Used once and my hair certainly feels soft and bouncy.
My only quibble is the consistency of the shampoo is jelly like. if you squeeze on your hand it will slip right off and the product will be wasted , you have to be careful when trying to lather on your hand.. annoyed because i literally have to balance the shampoo on my hand so it doesnt slip off! i wouldn't buy this again i feel product will be wasted as a result of the slippery nature of the shampoo. Really bizarre consistency, not come across anything like it..there are better products in the kerastase range i would give this a miss.

Bring back the old range and scent
First use, thought it was fine, nothing special for a so-called premium brand. Since then, my hair feels like straw coated in some kind of film. Horrible. I can’t even stand the smell anymore either.
Please bring back the old formulation! It smelled divine and left my curly hair both shiny and soft. This range doesn’t work for me and I won’t be buying it again. Judging by the reviews from people who paid rather than getting a free sample, I’m not the only one!

What were Kerastase thinking!
This replacement for the old Reflection is just awful - smell isn't pleasant and leaves my hair feeling dry and dull. Reflection was the absolute best for my hair and Kerastase have made a big mistake in my mind changing a formula that worked well. I won't purchase anymore from the Kerastase range as I've tried several to replace the Reflection, (on the recommendation of Kerastase salons) and none work anywhere near as well - very disappointed.

Horrendous, avoid, utterly disappointed
After first use, it left my hair coated as if shampoo had not washed out, horrible feeling. Additionally , I had to use dry shampoo to try and alleviate the coating. It's an absolutely vile shampoo and not the standard expected for this brand. It left my hair dull and drab. I wished I'd read reviews beforehand. Avoid avoid avoid

Greasy hair
I hate this shampoo so much it’s makes my hair so weighed down and greasy after use . It’s so difficult to use and I like the wash my hair with colder water which just doesn’t work with this shampoo . Also it’s sulfate free which I don’t like ! why is there not an alternative to sulfate free when there used to be with reflection. Reflection was far superior

Doesn’t clean hair
This shampoo doesn’t clean hair at all I bought the whole range and was so excited to use it however it’s just not good . The shampoo is very drying and leaves a strange film behind when rinsed . So sad about this left my hair like straw I’ve always loved the colour ranges from chroma captive to reflection but this is nothing like it

Worst shampoo
I’m so disappointed with this shampoo . I’ve used the reflection for years and it’s my absolute favourite and this replacement makes me so sad . It feels like a coating is on your hair and makes it so stiff and dry .I’ve tried so many times to make it work but it just doesn’t . I’ve binned it and I never want to see it again .
