Great for hydration; not for anti-ageing
So I have been using this product consistently every night for the last 6 months. Let me get straight to the point, if you have dry eyes then you need this in your life. But other than hydration I haven't really noticed any other improvements to my under eye area; no brightening or depuffing etc. I used this at night before bed and tapped a little around my eyes with my ring finger.
I highly recommend this product to those who are aged 18-25 as this keeps the under eyes supple and moisturised and thus will help you in the long run. If you are older, with dry eyes, still get this as it will help with the dryness. However, if you are older than 25 and looking for something to help with fine lines and/or dark circles I wouldn't suggest this product for you.
In conclusion, it does what it says on the label so be wary about what you really want in an eye cream as this delivers hydration and hydration only.

First off I want to say I am not somebody who writes reviews. Do I read them? Yes. Do I have time to write them? No. However I have made an exception for this. I’ve used this product for years after discovering it when working in my local beauty hall. Over the years I’ve tried others that I’ve got in beauty bags in samples but always came back to what I knew. Recently I enjoyed a luxury beauty advent calendar which included a fancy eye cream so I thought, let’s give it a go - two weeks later the skin around my eyes is dry and flakey. Something I’ve never experienced with this! My eyes have always been kept so hydrated and smooth. A couple days of using this again and my skin is happy. You won’t regret buying it

Can't live without this
A few years ago, I developed some really bad eczema on my eyelids. My eyelids turned really red and scaly and no amount of moisturising seemed to help. I couldn't wear eye make up at all which really affected my confidence. I tried so many different creams which stung my eyes and made it worse. This cream cleared it up in about a week and I've used it ever since. It won't do anything for your wrinkles or dark circles (not sure any eye cream would do that to be honest), but it's really moisturising and great for sensitive skin. When I've gone without it if I've run on, I can feel the difference

SUPER HYDRATING
I have had this product for years now and I can honestly say that I have never found an eye cream better than this! it really is the creamiest eye treatment and leaves your under-eyes feeling hydrated and SO SOFT. A little really does go a long way. I have never slept a night without it. It is quite thick and greasy so you can feel It on your skin but it's worth the way your skin looks in the morning!
It gets rid of any dark circles and dry skin around the eyes, making them seem visibally brighter and more radiant. I highly recommend this product to anyone searching for a new eye cream!

Disappointing
I really wanted to love this product. It's just that it is completely average, and no better than the less expensive eye creams I've tried. It is thick and creamy, but it can feel too heavy on the delicate under eye area. I have been using it for around 2 months now, and I haven't noticed any difference in my under eye area at all- no difference whatsoever to puffiness or dark circles. My under eyes don't feel dry, but they didn't before using this either... It's a nice average cream, but I won't be repurchasing and wouldn't recommend it as there's better out there at this price point.

Excellent moisturising cream for dark circles
Tried this and didn't want to put my hopes too high as I really have a problem with dark circles- it moisturises really really well and a little goes a long way- you only need a little spot of it to cover the entire lower eye area. I've been using it at night because it is very rich or mornings if my skin feels very dry that day. I can say that even though my dark circles haven't been miraculously fixed this cream has definitely diminished the look of them which is more than I can say for other ones I've tried so far. The eye area really feels way more plump and drenched to the touch.

Amazing for under eye makeup!
Held off purchasing this for so long as it is quite pricey but I bought so many lower priced eye creams that in the end I should have just gone for this to start! I’m 28 and have some small creases under the eye and in the winter I have started to get really dry under eyes too so my concealer was starting to look AWFUL! Creasing and flaking! This has 100% helped and now my concealer and powder looks flawless over this. Really only need a tiny bit so it will last ages too!

I've been recommended this product. But I have the worst dark circles under my eye they're not puffy at all and wondered if this would help my dark circles or is used mainly for puffy baggy eyes? Thank you!

The Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado will help achieve moisture to the eye area but it will not help with the dark circles.
I would recommend using the Kiehl's Clearly Corrective Dark Circle Perfector SPF 30 15ml, this will help reduce the appearance of dark circles while brightening the eye area.
