Temporary Fix
I tried a sample of this before purchasing and was impressed enough to buy a bottle. It's quite pricey but a little goes a long way, fortunately. Having used it for a few weeks now I'd say that it works on a temporary basis, rather than having a cumulative effect. I've found that it does tighten the eye area after application and lessen the appearance of bags for a few hours and, for me, it works better used in conjunction with a light eye cream. Whether it becomes a staple in my routine remains to be seen but it definitely has more effect than other eye products I've tried.

Fab eye cream
I'm literally so happy with this product, my under-eyes always feel so dry and look tired, but after using this (day and nighttime as part of my skincare routine) it's reduced the appearance of tired eyes, keeps my under eyes hydrated and has actually reduced the appearance of fine lines.
