I always have this mask in the cold season, when the skin is very dry and requires moisturizing. It is not very convenient to wash it off; I use a damp muslin towel for this. highly recommend to anyone with sensitive skin

Works after first use!
I get very dry skin during the winter months, and I needed something to help boost the moisture overnight. This is exactly what I needed! My face looks smoother, brighter and less dry, even after the first use, and no stinging when applying it. You only need to use a small amount. A really lovely product.

Amazing product
Never used a balm before I always use oil based products which I didn’t realise was causing my spotty yet dry skin. This product feels so lovely on the skin and is very gentle. I use it over night but also as a make up base and a make up remover.

Ultra hydrating treatment
I originally received a sample of this product a while ago and finally decided to try it when I saw it on sale. I am 22 and have combination skin that is often dehydrated. This product helps lock in moisture at night and works as an intensive hydrating treatment while I sleep. I usually wake up and my skin is dry and tight but not with this product. It says to use it three times a week but I find it to be really gentle on my skin and plan to use it nightly. I rarely write reviews for products but this one is that good I had to.

Bring back the old formula please!!
I am so disappointed with this new formula and I don’t think I will purchase this product again. This used to be my go-to product from Kiehl’s but the new version is terrible for my skin. Even after wearing it overnight, I find it impossible to remove, it leaves my skin feeling sticky and dirty. Forget the wow sensation from the old product. I miss looking in the mirror the morning after and having flawless skin. Please listen to your customers and bring back the old formula!!

Rubbish - bring the old one back!
This is an awful product and has broken me out in acne, so I’m going to take it back and ask for a refund. The old formula was a holy grail - always hydrated and left skin feeling super nourished. This is just a thick waxy cold cream, and it doesn’t absorb into the skin - just sits on top and ruins your bedding. Zero hydration - if anything my skin is drier and angrier than before, as well as spotty.
If Kiehls keep getting rid of beloved formulas and replacing them, they’re going to lose long-term customers. The entire point of a brand like Kiehls is that you can trust their products and return to them over the years - I’ve been using the Ultra cream moisturiser for nearly two decades. If Kiehls insist upon replacing their classics, I’ll just look elsewhere.

Bring back the old formula!
This used to be the best night cream money could buy. It left my skin plumped and dewy. It never failed to work or impress. I LOVED it. I'm SO disappointed with the new formula. It isn't a patch on the old one. Please bring it back!!!

BRING BAXK THE OLD FORMULA PLEASE
Old formula was the most hydrating, exceptional products ever and this replacement is so greasy, sits on top of the skin and I wake up with no difference to using a normal moisturiser. This is awful and a terrible waste of money. Please bring back the clear gel formula.
