There is some instant effect in alleviating dark circles. What I liked most was there was no need to remove the product after applying, its blends into the skin well.
Unfortunately the pen leaked a month into its use, for the amount I paid for this I was not impressed obv.

New packaging and formula(?)
Not only is the new packaging really bad to use (the roller is constantly stuck) and doesn't seem to cool the same, but I'm really curious if something else has changed.
I loved the old version (which is depicted), but I get really bad allergic reactions when using the new one. I've tried two different ones, so there must be something new in the formula, beacuse I have an old one left, and I don't react to that one.

Terrible since ‘updating’
Used the original for years but since it’s been updated it’s terrible. Cheap tacky squeegee dispenser that doesn’t work and it leaves your skin stained orange. Why why why did you changevwhat was a great product?

Old one amazing, new one not so much
The old version of this i found to be fantastic. Felt good on the eyes with the larger ball and easy application. Noticeable difference.
The new version i am not convinced by. It's difficult to get out the tube. It comes out orange, the ball is smaller and doesn't feel as good on the eyes. I actually feel like my eyes have started looking more tired since using it. I'll ise up what i have then look elsewhere for a different brand unless i can still get hold of the old style. So disappointed as i use all Loreal men expert products.

Packaging change is abysmal
The previous packaging and applicator were spot on. Product worked well. Now the whole thing is garbage. Applicator barely works, product can stain skin. After a decade of use I will no longer purchase L'Oreal for men and DO NOT recommend its use.

Terrible since they changed formula/packaging !
The old product was so good, I used it for years but the new product is such a let down, the applicator doesn't work (constantly stuck) and the new formula turns skin a bright sticky orange, rather than the nice soothing/cooling effect it used to have. So disappointed, will no longer use. L'oreal have obviously never heard the phrase "if it's not broke, don't fix it".

Stained my skin orange
The original version of this product (shown in the website image) was great, however they have now changed it and it is terrible. The applicator is useless and it has left me with orange stains under my eyes! I have bought this for years but will now have to look for another product.
