Does not blend
Yes it does have a blurring effect but you can't put the oil free tinted moisturiser over the top as it doesn't blend. You just end up with a thick smudgy mess on your face.

Does exactly what it says
fixes make up really well, skin feels great and definately blurs fine lines. Only a 4 star because it's quite hard to apply make up over the top without it dragging, so it's a slow process

Great primer to reduce shine
This is by far the best primer I’ve ever used. I love it as a base for makeup, but even more on no makeup days, when it reduces shine (both from a general oily t-zone and from SPF) to almost zero, eliminating the need to use any powder.
