I made the mistake with this product of using the same amount as I would have with a standard treatment. The purpose of the product is to repair and strengthen the hair strands I assume by bonding with them in some way. It is so effective in this, that I ended up with slightly straw like hair after drying. The next time I tried it, I only used a very small amount and it worked wonders. I also followed it with the repair conditioner (as recommended). My hair has a lovely shine and it feels strong. It may be expensive but this will last me for many months. My advice is follow the instructions, use it sparingly and it will do exactly as it says on the pot. It smelly lovely too.

If I leave my hair to dry naturally it usually resolves in looking like a hideous frizzy mass, but when I tried the Moroccan oil for the first time and left it to do its thing, I was shocked to see that my hair actually resembled something fairly human. Much as I love this product it is a little pricey, but definitely worth the treat if your hair is in need of some loving and you're feeling a little indulgent.

Adds shine and conditions well, i usually leave in hair for a couple of hours prior to shower or sleep with it in overnight. My fragile dyed hair loves this mask

The best hair mask out there!
I love this hair mask! I've tried others but keep coming back to this one! I don't necessarily follow the instructions and put it on for five minutes in the shower, but it leaves me hair feeling smooth, nourished and healthy. The smell is divine too - when you move your head about and catch the scent it's a lovely reminder that your hair is healthy and been treated to some TLC!

Smells Amazing
Smells good, good texture and hair looks shiny and smooth after using it. Leaves my hair smelling lovely BUT if you don't like scented things, this will not be for you :)
I've not been using this long enough to establish any long term benefits but I like it!

Fantastic - does what it says on the tin!
I have been using this for two weeks and can't believe the difference in my hair. I use it once a week and my hair appears to be much smoother and in better condition.
Its pricey but it does make a difference. My hair was coloured and damaged.

Left my hair dry like straw
Used this on my real hair extensions which were feeling quite dry and a bit damaged from heat. I use the Moroccanoil repair shampoo and conditioner on them normally, which is amazing, leaving them really smooth. As they were extra dry, I thought I’d give them an extra treat to fix them more than the conditioner alone would allow.
I applied as directed and once I rinsed, slathered them in the conditioner for about half an hour. They are now soooo dry and straw like it’s horrible.
