Pregnancy must have
I was sceptical about whether or not this would actually work and had seen people promoting it on social media. I was pregnant with my first baby and decided to give this product a go.
It had to be worth a shot for only £15.50.
I started applying as instructed from 34 weeks pregnant. It’s not the most enjoyable procedure but it takes a minute or two out of your evening routine.
I applied the oil religiously and the efforts paid off! I went into labour at 39.4 weeks and was terrified of tearing.
I didn’t need any stitches or any intervention. I got a bit of bruising and a small graze, which I am more than happy with!
I’d say this was £15.50 well spent.
There is still loads of product left in the bottle, and the ingredients smell nice too. Discrete and attractive packaging and I particularly love that it’s in a glass bottle.
I genuinely believe it was this product that prevented any major damage down there, it’s a pregnancy must have.

Well I purchased this and the spritz for your bitz.
I used this from 34 weeks. This was my first ever baby and I had a natural birth very quickly in 5 hours and I had no tears, no stitches I only had some grazing and that was it! I highly highly recommend this to everyone to use. I used probably about 3 times a week in the evening! But I made sure I covered all corners if you know what I mean! Amazing stuff! Really saved me lots of time healing.

Nice smelling - just not easy!
Nothing to complain about with this oil. Smells good, makes skin feel nice. Does come with very very simple instructions and a webinar. I was delighted about the webinar until I realised it’s live and sessions are very limited. I’m not going to watch an hour webinar in my lunch break where there is no room at work I can privately go to! Pre recorded webinars should be made available.
The act of performing perineal massage, however, seems to be something only cats and circus performers will be able to achieve - so though the oil is nice… good luck to you is achieving the desired outcome!! Was hoping for some tips on the webinar but no such luck as I won’t be able to access it.

Success with a big baby!
I used Peri Prep your bits from 35 weeks until I gave birth (almost 42 weeks) around 3-4 times per week. When I finally gave birth to my 4.36kg baby (also first baby) I was amazed to discover I didn’t have any tears, and therefore didn’t need any stitches! Must have been down to the wonder product and perineal massage I did!!

I used this daily from 34 weeks and deliver my wee boy at 38 weeks with only one small tear (and that was not on my perineum - so perhaps I should have massaged the whole area!). Not sure how much of this was down to the oil itself or more the act of massaging it, but let’s face it, the massage isn’t the most appealing thing to do so I found having a nice fancy product made me more motivated to do it daily. I have loads of oil leftover but it will be nice as a natural oil for regular massage too.

Peri Prep Your Bits
I am not one for writing reviews but I just wanted to express how amazing this product is. I have used this with all 3 of my pregnancies. I started using it every other night for a few weeks leading up to the births and the results were fabulous. I haven’t needed any stitches with any of my births. My last baby was 10lb 2oz and I was in labour for 12 hours but I didn’t need any stitches, I’m positive it’s because I used your product. . I can not recommend this product enough!!
