Nars primer with SPF!
This was a second tube of Nars primer that I ordered. I really like the fact it has SPF 35 in it and it gives a lovely glow to ones skin with or without makeup.

Excellent primer
I love Nars and was disappointed when they discontinued the pro primer but after seeing the reviews of this one I tried a few other bands instead. I have returned to Nars as this is still the best one by far, my makeup stays in place all day and I like the glow this new version has. Four stars because it isn’t quite as good as its predecessor, but only slightly and I thinks it’s a smaller size!

More of a moisturiser
Really dissappointed in this product. I used to use radiance enhancing Pro Primer and was told this was a new and improved version of that but I don't think it is. I like the shimmer it gives but I find my Nars make up slides off which is really disappointing considering it's not cheap! They need to bring back the older version

Have to say I've used a fair amount of primers in my time and not really found one that works until now. This nats radiance primer is absolutely fantastic, it gives a beautiful soft glow to the skin, isnt thick it glides on and makes the perfect base for the nars foundation.... will be buying this again.

The best primer for smooth skin
I've tried several different primers, first had a tester of this one and was sold - it instantly makes my skin smooth which in turn makes it so much easier to use foundation and the rest of make-up. No silicone feel like with some other primers. My go-to now!

Glowey skin
I love this primer, it feels so silky smooth and gives your skin a glow, it takes a few seconds to completely sink into your skin, but when it does it leaves no greasy residue and makeup sits perfectly on your skin. I recommend this prouduct.

Hi can you tell me if this primer is water based or silicone based? The list of ingredients is not very clear and I want to use it under waterbased foundation (such as Bobbi Brown skin foundation) thanks
As Water is the first ingredient on nars website, it is waterbased. I am on my second tube and worn under multiple foundations, mainly nars. Should be fine under the liquid bobbi brown foundations.

The NARS Smooth & Protect Primer doesn't have flashback. Normally when a product contains talc in the ingredients it will cause a flashback but this product doesn't.
This primer is suitable for oily skin types as it's completely oil free!
