Gave me volume and smoothness - didn't need straighteners!
Love the fragrance and the gel formula.I used the P&R blow dry spray,volumising mousse and wonder balm when blow drying. I use the current P&R volumising shampoo and am used to great results but my blow dry result was smoother(no need for straighteners if in a rush) and I would say more volume (which I didnt expect) which lasted after cool shot and cooling down,especially on my fringe. It brightened my highlights too. Looking forward to buying the new formula shampoo and conditioner. I really tried to find fault but for me its the usual high quality and result giving products from P&R.

Expensive mistake
I love most of the Percy and Reed products, the balm is fantastic, so is the spray, I love the hair scent. So, I bought the shampoo and conditioner. This product though has been a costly mistake and I'm so disappointed. I have short fine hair but lots of it. Easy to style but needs a product.
The shampoo and the conditioner gives some body but minimal. Not enough to put other shampoos to one side. It leaves a fine coating which is a little heavy for fine hair. It also feels like my hair is greasy. It doesn't look it, but it feels like that and it's not pleasant. I've tried using the shampoo only, the conditioner only, using only a minimal amount - trying to get this to work! Unfortunately I think it's awful.
I use an expensive shampoo and a cheap one for the gym. My hair looks better after a shower at the gym than it does at home.
I wouldn't recommend it if you have fine soft hair, soft will end up feeling greasy. If you use the balm, imagine putting way too much of that through your hair, that's what it feels like.

SUCCESS STORY
Oh my word, so many shampoos + conditioners for SO many years & ALL SO WRONG!! I bought P&R products as a Christmas gift last year... . fortunately I tried it first. My fine greasy hair has NEVER felt so PERFECT. Now I can fully appreciate the right products for the right hair. Lifesavers beyond my wildest Dreams. Thankyou P&R

Sensitive Skin
Have been looking for hair care products to give volume to my fine wavy hair. Saw this range and loved what it said about sensitive skin suitable.
As always, first thing I look at are the ingredients. Fragrance/perfume is near the top for the ingredients - I'm allergic to both. Therefore no good for my sensitive skin.

Best shampoo I've ever used. Not the best fragrance, but the best shampoo and that's what matters. The results were amazing after only 2 uses my hair had more volume and felt gorgeous. Had a real spring in it. Would highly recommend. My hair is the darkest of browns - almost black, going grey now, so I have woven highlights every 6 weeks or so... my salon use Matrix Biolage shampoo which is fine when I visit but when used regularly it gets a bit greasy. Decided to try P&R, and I'm now converted! Great product.

Brilliant Volume
Love your Volume Conditioner Shampoo and Mousse.
My hair looks the best ever on these products brilliant for fine hair.
Please don’t start changing the products which always happens when I find a product I love.
Would recommend anyone with fine hair to try it. Although a bit expensive well worth it.

Really does pump up the volume
Absolutely love this product. It gives my hair the volume I need. Percy & Reed range may be a bit more expensive but worth it as the products do just as they say. Would highly recommend.
