Disappointing
This used to be the one product I could not live without, recommended to all my friends and would loyally buy over and over again but then.... the product changed.
The product now comes with an applicator which makes it somewhat unhygienic if used directly on the lid (I change mascara every 3 months) but the worst is that the primer itself has changed consistency and is now more liquid = eye shadows crease, which never happened with the old product.
I wonder what made Urban Decay change the product, for me, whatever they did was not an improvement and I would not buy again nor recommend it. After years of having the perfect primer the hunt now starts again sigh.....

Perfection
I bought this a month ago for prom, next day delivery was a lifesaver! Used it a lot since then and it makes eyeshadow stay on without fading all day and really brings out the colours without creasing. I bought the shade Eden which was perfect for my skin tone- very yellow based which cancelled out all the redness and uneven skin tone around my eyes! Easy to apply with the applicator and a little goes a long way! Not uncomfortable at all to wear; very light on the skin and not sticky but holds pigment very well. Perfect product with beautiful good quality packaging, only wish you'd get more product for this price! Worth it though if you're looking for a fabulous quality product that actually works! Very happy :)

Un-be-lievable
This is the only eyeshadow primer I'll ever buy. I'm on my second tube in 10 months, despite using it every day. Before using this, I got used to eyeshadow slipping a little by the end of the day, but now I know that there's a better option. Recommend without hesitation.

Daily staple
Use this every single day, my eyeshadow goes on so smoothly. Another way to use this is also to dab a little on the sides of my nose before I lay on foundation, this helps me avoid the marks that eyeglasses usually leave behind!

Keeps my makeup on all day and night
Bought this as I have quite hooded eyes and my eyeshadow rarely stays on longer than an hour but as I'd finally invested in a Naked palette I wanted to make sure it would last.
This is genius. I've not yet figured out how much is needed (I want to use as little per day to make it last) but I can put it on in the morning, work all day, go out that night and wake up the next morning with impeccable eye make up so it's just brilliant!

It's actually 5ml instead of 6.
I tried some on my hand and the liquid felt nasty. But it did make eye shadows look better. So I may say it has good features?

The best eyeshadow primer on the market
I've bought this for the second time and wear it every day. Until I started using this primer I had to put up with creasing eyeshadow, even when using other more expensive products. I first got this in a sample sachet and knew straight away I couldn't live without it. I find the tiny pointy-handled applicator hard to handle (I would definitely change the shape if I could!) so I just squeeze it out of the tube until I can't get anymore out, so it lasts for months. I also use Urban Decay's neutral eyeshadow palette with this primer.

Excellent product
I have found this primer to be the best one I have tried. I like the colour and it blends very well onto my eyelids. My make up lasts all day and looks as good in the evening as it did when I first applied it. The only slight criticism is that I find it difficult to get enough product onto the applicator due to the design of the tube.

Is this suitable to also use underneath my eyes as a base for illuminator / concealer to help this stay put / not crease?
I would not personally recommend this (except perhaps immediately beneath the eye on the lower lid as part of a more dramatic smoky eye look) I think it might be too thick if used under flesh coloured make-up.
