Heavenly skin at last
After years of being a skincare junkie and trying every skin cream out there THANK YOU Pai, even after chemotherapy my skin was at its worst, outbreaks sore and open, red and angry. Within 2 days of calming cleanser and moisturizer my skin is calm, redness gone, and outbreaks healing. I adore the calm, fresh and cooling regime of the cleanse. At last a company that understands skin. I no longer wear make up, or mineral powders or concealers I don't have too! All my frinds have noticed and are ordering and I will never use any other company. Thank you Pai, and considering my age bracket you can estimate just how many other creams I have tried.

Different approach to cleansing
We're so used to the concept of cleansing all traces of oil from our skin with soap-like detergents, which is so wrong. In fact, long exposure to water and soap-like chemicals is not beneficial for human skin in any way. And, paradoxically, it applies also for seborrheic skin like mine. Even extremely oily skin needs oil. The correct thing to do is to find the right balance of fatty acids, which will create a good protective barrier without clogging pores and causing irritations. This cleanser does its job perfectly. I'm happy to find something different from what we're used to. It leaves my skin clean and nourished at the same time.

Gentle yet effective!
This cleanser is definitely one of the most gentle I have ever used. It has a beautiful texture and melts off any make up without clogging pores. I love the delicate and natural scent as well, its so soothing and relaxing to use! I have quite reactive skin and I need to be careful with the products that I use as many can either cause redness, flaking or breakouts on my skin - however this cleanser is soothing and manages to be both nourishing and balancing at the same time. It is a joy to use and I would recommend it to anyone, whether you are a make up wearer or not it is a fabulous way to cleanse your skin gently yet effectively.

Love it!
As somebody who never uses a cleanser i'm so glad i randomly tried the sample size of this! It is so good i then bought the full size. I love the smell and how it feel when i apply, you only need a small bit for your face and neck. After washing with the muslin flannel my face feels so fresh and clean, also soft and glowing. I really love it and use it morning and night. My skin was breaking out terribly as a reaction to a hair dye and this has really helped calm that. i feel like it really cleans my skin after being exposed to traffic pollution etc. I bought this along with the Hydration serum and Rosehip Chamomile day cream, i love them equally. Couldn't be happier!

always loved this product, not
always loved this product, not happy with the new container and prefer the original which was a squeezy tube so i culd use every last drop of the product. The original also contained more product, I can't recall now if it was 200 or 250ml whereas now it's just 150ml for the larger size. Not happy about that, but I suppose as pai get bigger these things usually happen. Same thing happened with the green people whom I used before I discovered pai - their product sizes were huge and for amazing prices, but now they are super expensive and for much lesss in quantity, not worth it. At least pai is still reasonably priced

Highly recommend
My skin suddenly broke out, and leaving me dark marks, deciding to buy a "conventional" acne products set, my skin only got worst. I decided to talk to an online pai skin consultant which advised me to start only with few products and see how it goes. In fact I ordered this cleanser and the rose hip oil. It's been 2 months now that I am following this routine and what to say my skin cleared up so much. The least we put on our face the best it will get, so I clean my face am and pm with the cleanser and wash it with the skin cloth and 1 night over 2 I use the rose hip oil all over my face. However the skin cloth ripped after 10 days of daily usage so need to order more.

Has made a real, noticeable difference
I started using this product a couple of months ago after having real trouble with my skin. I’d get painful lumps under my cheeks and consistently had spots on and around my chin. It was really affecting my confidence (I’m getting married soon and was really worried I’d have one of these breakouts as they are hard to cover).
This cleanser has made such a difference. The spots on my chin have mostly gone and the overall texture is improved. I’m finding the breakouts on my cheeks are more infrequent, smaller and less inflamed. So pleased I’ve finally found something that works and will definitely be sticking with it!

Effective but Gentle Cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have difficulty finding cleansers due to allergies to a few common ingredients so I was delighted to find this product. The system with the cloth cleans and mildly exfoliates well & it has the added bonus of leaving my aging skin, with a tendency to dry patches) feeling soft, hydrated and glowing. An excellent product!
