Best hair styling product ever, love it!
I am always on the 'get more volume' quest. I have fine, menopausal affected hair so you can imagine my plight! 5 years ago I had chemo and, bizarrely excited to know my bald head would be covered with thick, luscious hair. No such luck!! Since using Aveda's style prep I've noticed I have actual hair growth, new hairs sprouting on my crown. Why? Because I have stopped using dry shampoo in between washes and use the style prep instead. A little squirt at the root, dry and go. I also use the style prep on wet hair before styling it's great. It took me a while to get the right amount to use for my hair but sussed it now. All I can say, if you want volume from the root buy this product. If you are a devoted dry shampoo user stop now and buy this product. Honestly it's the best. Thank you Aveda you have turned my bad hair days into every day good ones.

It works
I have very fine hair and most styling products make it lank or dry and frazzled. I was expecting the same from this product but as I'm always desparate to find something that works I tried it. (I have quite a collection of failures in my bathroom cabinet) I'm very pleased with the results. It makes my hair thicker and it just looks really nice, but the best thing is that it looks and feels like I haven't used anything and I have naturally nice hair. There's no residue, no stickiness or anything like that. On the second day afer use it still looks good.

This actually works - first for me!
I have very fine hair and lots of it. Because it has a slight kink to it, it does rather do what it wants. If you don't get it right first time, it's unpredictable all day long! Blow drying can go horribly wrong. I want volume - but without my hair being weighed down or rigid. This product helps with all of that, the kinks, the wayward bits and the need for a bit of oomph! This just works and it smells fabulous, like all Aveda products. I love it.

Unbeatable!
This leaves my styled hair soft & beautifully fragranced. No sticky residue often associated with styling products.
Great hold which has made my hair feel healthy, strong & simply the best it's ever been!
It is also satisfying to know I'm using a natural & ethically sourced product.
My only quibble is the price- it is very expensive. I dilute it with water to make it last a little longer- not as effective, obviously, but still great results.
Aveda, please make larger, budget friendly sizes!

ALL HAIR THICKENING PRODUCT
I came across this brand on researching "thinning hair" and am so pleased I found it! I have always had fine hair and now, in later life, find it thinning too. All of the Aveda products I have bought and used have been surprisingly successful. I will not be reviewing each individual product but all I can say is this range is well worth the money (I thought them expensive but decided to give them a try). The difference in thickness and holding power is a wonderful confidence booster!

Most Amazing Product!
This is an incredible product. I've never really bothered with many volumising sprays as I normally find them to claim far more than they actually do. Pure Abundance Style Prep does not do this! It's just incredible, my hair was literally double the volume once I had blowdryed my hair. Really is a fantastic little spray!

Great pre-styler but you do need other products to protect
This is a pre-styler but if you are using heat styling I would recommend using other protection. As part of the 3 step Pure Abundance range it definitely helps to volumize but I find that I need something extra when heat styling to stop the ends drying.

Buy this. It works.
I have been using this for years. It is certainly on the expensive side but you only need to use a very small amount and the results on my thin, fine hair are excellent. One small bottle will last for months. PS Aveda Customer Service is excellent.
