It smells so good, wonderful texture, and very effective
I have had this product before, but I only got to use it a couple of time, as my granddaughter who was visiting from Australia completely hi jacked it, I have been using the thickening shampoo and conditioner which I won last time I reviewed a product which was the colour shampoo and conditioner which I still love and use as well, I still can't believe how brilliant all of the shampoos and conditioners are and I am still waiting to be disappointed, but not yet it seems, I don't have high expectations of my hair I am 77 but my hair looks 21 (very embarrassing ) and only since I have used you products what surprises me the most is that I only need to wash it once a week ....I know, I know but why do it if I don't have to

Rich and effective
I was recommended this by my hairdresser as I have thin mid length hair that often gets oily at the roots with dry thirsty ends. I've been using this for about 6 months and love it! My hair no longer gets so parched, especially in the summer and does not make my hair greasy being 'rich'. I know its expensive but having tried nearly every brand out there, this is the one I will stick with. I have even splashed out and bought the 1000ml!

Nice consistency, not keen on the smell at all
Seems like a really nice conditioner, went on hair really nicely and felt good when washed out! However, I'm not keen on the smell at all, it's not even one that I can specially identify, just smells like chemicals/bad fake fruit.

Great quality and smell, although can’t give 5 stars due to the price- managed to get it about 30% less than RRP so was worth trying as a system with the shampoo which I already owned. However I wouldn’t pay full price as I got through this in 2 weeks.
I slightly prefer Redken colour magnetic conditioner which is richer for my curly, colour treated hair which is twice as good in terms of value for the 1000ml bottle.

This product is very easy to use
I love this shampoo and conditioner. Have been using them for a number of years and my hair just isn't the same without it. Lovely and thick and rich feeling. Great value for money and I think among the best hair products going

Incredibly soft, shiny, healthy hair!
Bumble & Bumble Super Rich Conditioner along with Gentle Shampoo are the only products I will use. I've tried every salon shampoo & conditioner on the market but B&B Super Rich Conditioner is far superior. I've been using Gentle Shampoo & Super Rich Conditioner for a few years and can say my hair has never been healthier or looked better!

It beats any other brands I have used.
While at a conference out of town, I forgot my conditioner and tried to use the one furnished by the hotel. It was a shampoo/conditioner in one and did not untangle or tame my hair. While in meetings, I sent my husband to find something better for me to use. He came back with Bumble & Bumble, and I was hooked.
