Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as the previous version! I was very unhappy that they've changed the previous, Age Defense Hydrator into two forms of moisturiser, the Anti-Age, and the SPF versions. Before the Age Defense included SPF so it was useful to use in lots of situations and very versatile. Now I'm faced with two possible options, and obviously not feasible to apply two types of moisturiser together. As the bottles for the new moisturisers are also larger, it's not as easy to carry around in my travel bag - I may have to decant it or use another brand for travelling with.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Clinique has lost a customer I used to use Clinique age defence hydrator. When it was discontinued I bought all the product I could find. Clinique's current men's range offers no anti aging with SPF products. I find their moisturisers - such as this anti-age moisturiser - unpleasantly sticky by comparison. The Maximum hydrator product is ok, but again no SPF. Nothing in the current Clinique men's range comes close to age defence hydrator; my skin felt much smoother. A disappointing range, inferior products (and ever increasing prices) all contributed to Clinique losing a customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a shame they changed the original!!! This is supposed to be anti-age yet it has no SPF in it! The previous version of this did have SPF in it and was perfect (five stars). I was happy paying a similar amount of money for a smaller bottle just because it had SPF in it. It is such a shame as I buy all my grooming products from Clinique but now I must look to another company to find an anti-age moisturiser with SPF. POOR DECISION CLINIQUE!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad Love how this cream does not upset my skin or hurt my eyes. I think it works best as a night cream as it has zero SPF!!! Sadly I can't seem to find any advertised anti aging ingredients in the product, however it is a very good moisturiser for night time. I use it in conjunction with many other clinuque products (the only brand that doesn't upset my skin or eyes). I would recommend to someone with dry skin in 20's/30's, but I think more mature skin would need something more advanced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just love it! It may seem a little on the pricey side lads, but well worth it in the short time I have been using it my skin noticebly different you dont need a lot and it does last and the biggest selling point its non greasy... a great night or day cream.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from too thick I might not buy it again, I have been using the anti age and solar protection 15 you had for seven years and I really think it hasn´t been a good idea, sun hurts skin very easy so the lack of protection in this one it is a really bad point.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Where's the spf? I have to second other reviews about this. It's an excellent moisturiser but only does half the job it used to. Shame Clinique can't make it at least spf 15. I know about layering, but after applying face wash, toner, serum, eye cream and moisturiser, sunscreen just feels one too many. Please revise this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels nice, non greasy, goes a long way. Feels nice, non greasy, goes a long way. Personally I'm very thankful it has no SPF in it - anything which has SPF irritates my eyes, and this is one of the few moisturisers of any sort which does not irritate my eyes. If I'm going to be out in the sun all day I use a separate facial SPF on those occasions. Everybody needs vitamin D and sunlight derived vit D is far superior to dietary vit D.
