I have long medium curls .
smells lovely, holds curl well.
I found the consistency thick and sticky to work with and weigh down my hair. When it dried it left my curls with that wet look and curls appeared hard, after scrunching them it disappeared but then my hair just became fuzzy.
I am going to play around with it somewhat but I fear that I will just go back to kerastesse curl cream

Perfect for soft, natural curls
This balm is great, very moisturising but at the same time it does not weigh down my fine, type 3a curls. I use it on its own for a quick wash and go or in combination with the souffle from the same line when I want more hold and definition.

Fantastic, moisture-rich balm for curly hair
I love this styling balm and use it in combination with their Styling Souffle. I have dense, medium/coarse 3a/b curls and it works perfectly for me to soften and add moisture to my curls. I use a light leave-in first then work this product through my hair in sections and then brush each, small section through with a Denman brush. I then scrunch in the Styling Souffle to hold in the moisture and diffuse dry. Holy Grail combination for me. Highly recommend!

Love this styling balm
This styling balm is great, it provides hold, texture and definition without weight or stickiness. You don't need a huge amount meaning that the stuff lasts for an age! I've only just bought this full size tube after using a sample size. Quite honestly, I don't know what I was doing with my hair before finding this and several other Curlsmith products.

Go-to soft curly hair product
I have fine hair that is crinkly when wet. When it dries naturally, it's lovely initially but goes flat quickly. This product is fab! It's not heavy, doesn't weigh the hair down AND doesn't appear to go 'crispy'. Overall this will be my go to product for my curly, natural hair days!

Not enough hold
Nice cream but not enough hold for me. Leaves a light cast on the hair which I haven’t come across in a cream before. It hold for the first two days but then tends to drop. Works well with a refresh though. As with all curlsmith, product smells nice

Curlsmith Hold Me Softly Style Balm
This is exactly what curly hair has been waiting for. It really brings out the bounce and structure without any heaviness like other products I’ve tried over the years. I won’t use anything else now, thrilled!

Beautifully nourished curls!
Gives really great moisture to curls and stops them from looking dry and frizzy. I always use it after I wash my hair and my curls look so nourished!
