Amazing gel
This is another great product , if your a person who suffers from muscle aches and tension like me then use this ! I always use it after a nice bath as part of my pamper routine to relax. You can use this on your feet or body, even use a pea size amount on your temples and across your forehead to relieve headaches. It’s calming smell and gel will get straight to work and works extremely well at getting your muscles to relax, So much so i usually end up falling asleep! It’s not a greasy gel and it’s easily absorbed into the skin so you don’t have to worry about ruining clothes either

Instant refreshing gel
I tried an older version of this at a friend’s last year was impressed. This new gel actually disappoints, not effective on pain as I had hoped it to be. Arnica rub is better. A waste of money sadly.

I use this gel almost every evening after a long tiring shift to help ease up the tension in my neck and shoulders.
It goes on cool and quickly leaves the skin feeling fuzzy and the muscles relaxed.
I love the arnica deep heat type smell as well and find the deep breathing of the scent helps me to unwind too.
