Fantastic!
I suffer from contact dermatitis and my hands suffer terribly due to this. I have severe dry itchy areas as well as sore and sensitive splits on my knuckles and between my fingers.
I recently discovered Eucerin Urea Repair Plus 5% Urea Hand Cream and thought I'd give it a try.
All I can say is WOW! My hands have not felt this great in years. The dry patches have almost gone totally and the split areas are starting to heal, all within the last 2 weeks.
The cream did sting like crazy the first few days on the splits in my skin, but I could see the differences in just a few days use.
So happy I discovered Eucerin Urea Repair Plus 5% Urea Hand Cream.

Smooth Hands in seconds!
Having had eczema since I was a child, I’m always looking to try products which will be kinds to my hands while providing me with smooth, soft skin. I was excited to try Eucerin hand cream and it didn’t disappoint! From first application, my hands felt softer yet not greasy which is often a problem with these types of creams. It’s perfume and colourant free which means it doesn’t contain any of those nasty ingredients which sufferers of dry, chapped skin hate! I especially loved that when I applied it after washing up or bathing the kids, it absorbed quickly and the silky smooth feeling lasted for ages! Would I buy this product to use again??... it’s already on my shopping list!

Surprisingly light. Intense moisture.
When I first tried this I was really unsure as it felt quite thick and heavy and I thought it would feel tacky.
However after giving it a good rub in it does dry and feels lightweight.
I have quite dry hands and especially after a few weeks hard graft in the garden this treat was needed! I'm not a natural moisturiser at all but I genuinely wanted to apply this daily as it felt so good.
Plus you need such a small amount that it is going to last ages. Great value for money!
Hands are in much better condition now!!
Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for intense moisture and care for their hands.

Eucerin Urea Repair plus
This is no doubt the best hand cream I have ever used. So many of them are just glorified lotions in smaller containers that do nothing to alleviate dry, flaky hands. This formula is like a non greasy vaseline that actually moisturizes, softens and helps to heal the miserable dryness.
I wash my hands constantly for work and that makes them red, tight, irritated and flaky. The eucerin Urea Repair plus relieves the tightness and irritation without any cloying scents or overly long absorption time. It truly improves the condition of my hands a little bit immediately and helps to heal them over time too.

Formula has changed - now leaves greasy residue
I’ve bought this product many times and generally rave about it. I’ve been known to stand I. Shops telling people to buy it. It’s the most moisturising of hand creams and it’s absorbed so beautifully
However I just bought 4 bottles and realised the packaging had changed (flip-top lid in place of the old screw-on, new graphics). All fine except now the product leaves a greasy residue which comes off on things I touch after I’ve applied the hand cream.
Why take such a step backwards? Very disappointing and can see no benefit. Will now need to find an alternative.

Eucerin 5% Urea Repair Plus Hand Cream
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great hand cream which really does soothe dry chapped hands immediately. A little goes a long way leaving hands feeling lovely and moisturised but not greasy or sticky. I like the fact that it is not unnecessarily perfumed but has ingredients that actually work rather than smell good but achieve nothing.
My hands still felt moisturised even after washing which impressed me. This is definitely a hand cream I will continue to use all year round, but especially in winter to combat dry chapped hands.

Good value cream
I work for NHS and wash my hands many times during the day what dryes them a lot unfortunately. When I started using Eucerin hand cream I feel that my hands are moisturized, less capable for 'mechanical damage' and this awful 'dry hands' feeling disappeared. The only two minuses I need to give if I want to be honest is the lack of smell and a slippery layer it leaves after applying it what makes it uncomfortable if you have to use your hands straightforward. All in all I recommend this solution for really dry hands as mine. Give it a go!
