Maybe a bit lairy but hey
I received these in a subscription box and thought they were totally ridiculous. I thought I’d use them anyway as the vitamins included (B, selenium, etc) aren’t ones so easily found in the average UK diet. They’re totally delicious. I have fat hair, I don’t need additional strength to it so I can’t tell you if it looks better or worse for taking them. But my health is highly improved. B vitamins are good for helping to absorb iron and also various mental health conditions. I only take one a day rather than two because at £20 a pot I can’t justify buying once a month, but I can definitely see the difference health wise.

Thickness and Growth
I bought this product about a month ago and I have black, textured hair ( 4a/4b ) and I am also transition back to natural. I always struggled getting my length past my shoulders. My hair was thin , dull and almost lifeless. When I first tried it , I was as close to praying this helped my hair growth and by the second week when I washed my hair , it felt and looked thicker. I just finished the bottle today and I am really happy to say my hair has grown to the middle of my shoulder blades ( after three hair cuts) with a lot of thickness and it feels healthier . Even better when you pair it with hair masks and deep conditioners to help aid the growth . Buy a bottle really soon when I have the chance. If you have black textured hair or even any type of textured hair , try this along side hair make/conditioners!!! Very Very Happy :) *** I'm not just typing a rave review as if I am paid, this is my true opinion and I hope you guys love it as much as I did ***

Great Product!
These are great for your hair & nails, however, I have been gaining weight since taking them and on a strict diet. I have been retaining so much water with these vitamins & have read reviews elsewhere and Biotin has been proven to make your body retain water.

Hair burst vitamins
I would 100% recommend this product
I have been having issue with hair growth due to my PcOS and hormones being all over the place

Super soft hair
Hair has been amazingly soft since taking these and they taste amazing. Not so sure how it’s affected my growth so much because of covid 19 I haven’t had a hair cut in a while so can’t tell if it’s the gummies or not.
