Subtle at first then suddenly you see
Took a couple of before I saw the difference and now I really wouldn’t be without this in my routine. Skin is brighter and I just look more refreshed. I’m mid-40s and prone to dry patches, sensitivity and breakouts. My skin has been very well behaved since using this.
Lasts ages as you only need a couple of drops to apply morning and night.

I didn't get it to begin with, now I love it
I had a sample bottle of this and I didn't get what it was form or what it did. I wiped the nice smelling water on my face for a bit to see, and.... now I love it ! I'm quite addicted. It seems to really smooth my skin and feels lovely in the mornings. Wish it was back in stock to purchase a full size one

I can’t believe this isn’t a bestseller!
My entire skincare routine is kiehls except I always used the nip & fab glycolic pads as my chemical exfoliation and my skin hadn’t been reacting well to them for a little while so decided to opt for the kiehls essence as a milder and more gradual exfoliation and wow I couldn’t believe the results! No sensitivity, skin felt comfortable and hydrated after patting on and after one use I woke up the next morning to glowing skin and the texture had improved a lot! Over the course of the week my texture has continued to improve and I’ve noticed fine lines start to diminish. Everyone needs to try this!

Face Serum in white sachet
You sent this as one of 3 free samples. I have used it twice and I like it. I have not tried the other 2 free samples yet. However I do not feel the Kiehls hair product I ordered is at all satisfactory and it was very expensive as it does not do the job I was expecting. It leaves my hair very dull and sticky
