This is the best hand cream I have ever used and that's saying a lot! I have tried Clairns, down to cheap bargin shop brands until I found this. I have a long standing issue with very dry cuticles and the skin around my nails always peeling and flaking. LRP is not quite a cream but like a mix of cream and a soothing gel. It takes so little to rub into my nails and the more you rub the further it spreads. Within seconds it has disappeared into my skin leaving them looking so nourished and loved. Within a few days on using 3times a day I could already see the change in my skin. I will no be buying non other than LRP CICAPLAST!

Good value, quality product
I have very sensitive skin and every winter my hands get dry and crack and even bleed. This hand cream is very soothing does not sting, is not perfumed and is non greasy. Really does sink in quickly which is fantastic, as with many other hand creams I can’t touch anything for ages. Similar to a Neutrogena one I had before, but better, cicaplast has a sort of Vaseline like consistency, it’s not a white opaque cream. Good value.

The best hand cream ever!
This is honestly the best hand cream I’ve ever used - the formula is incredible and so innovative! It glides on, feels luxurious, barely needs rubbing in and leaves no lingering residue. It immediately relieves dry skin and nails, even the cold weather dry cracked knuckles I get. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Best hand cream for sensitive skin
Bought as a repurchase for the third time, because this is far and away the best hand cream I've found. The texture is quite thick, and I realise not everyone is keen on that, but as someone with very sensitive skin and prone to outbreaks of psoriasis on my hands, I can say for sure that for me this does the job of keeping the dryness at bay. It takes a bit of rubbing in but once done it's not greasy and doesn't feel at all heavy. And it doesn't have fragrance or essential oils or any of that stuff that's not necessary for effectiveness and is risky for sensitive skin

Does the job
I've got this cream cause due to heave use of cleaning chemicals that started to give me eczema on my hands. Providing that I us it at least 3 times a day it keeps me itch free, soft hands. Its perfect for the day use - doesn't leave residue and gets absorbet quickly. I wish it had a more nourishing version for night time use.

Lovely Smooth Hands
Never thought I would have lovely smooth hands again. I was recommended this product as my hands were sore and cracked and nothing was helping them. The first thing I noticed was they didn't itch when I applied this product it was quite soothing. Now after 4 weeks my hands are great, I cannot recommend this product enough.

Best ever
I am always buying hand creams. From local stores to as far as Clarins. This is by far the best hand cream I have ever tried. I have very dry skin around my nails and cuticles and am always picking at them. Within 3 days of starting with this cream I can see a vast improvement in my skin. The cream is like a gel and cream combined. I find it runs in well and after a few minutes it disappears into my skin and my hands and nails feel nourished for a few hours. Will definitely be staying with this brand in future.

Did the Job
My hands were dry and cracked after weeks of washing them appropriately every 30 seconds (due to living with a newborn and a dog during a pandemic). I was desperate for a handcream that would repair my hands ASAP as I was struggling to remove the lids from baby bottles as they were so sore! Although I wouldn't describe this as your typical handcream due to the texture (somewhere between a gel and a cream) it absolutely did the job. My hands look and feel so much better. I would buy this product again.
