Best for sensitive skin
I have been using this cleanser since last year, and I hope that La Roche-Posay never discontinues it! I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin - up until finding this cleanser, I had tried lots of different types but all would flare up my redness or cause my skin to sting, or dry it out. It's lovely to use - a silky cream consistency that is easily to wash off, and if my skin is feeling too sensitive for that, I remove it with a cotton wool pad and it still leaves my skin feeling clean. I would recommend this to anyone who has sensitive, and problematic skin issues like rosacea!

Brilliant cleanser for sensitive skin
I have very sensitive skin with occasional eczema outbreaks around my eyes and cheeks. An awful lot of products, even those labelled as suitable for sensitive skin, makes my skin feel hot and sore. But this cleanser is gorgeous. Affordable, creamy, safe for use around the eyes. My skin feels clean and not irritated. Will definitely keep buying (this is my second bottle!).

Not good for makeup removing
I purchased it because I was looking for a creamy cleanser for dry skin with no harming ingredients.
This can be a great product for those, who don't apply makeup or just very minimal.
It does not remove makeup completely, very gentle and non-irritating, but can't deal with foundation or eyeshadow, mascara, etc. For those, who apply makeup it could be better as a finishing cleansing step.

Gentle for Sensitive Skin
Product very creamy in texture, gentle and effictive on sensitive skin. I was recommended to use this product by a consultant dermatologist. I double cleanse when using makeup and then rinse off with tepid water and gently pat my skin with a towel.

Problem Skin
This product if fantastic, I bought for my Grandaughter because she has a teerible outbreak of acne. Was given antibiotics by the Doctor which didn't cure it. She was very despondant as she has always had very good skin and acne showed itself in her late twenties. She started using this cleanser their toner and moisturiser and it improved so much that she will be sticking to these products permanently, her skin is totally clear.

Perfect no water cleanser
I bought this for a festival where its hard to follow my normal cleansing routine and this was perfect. I wiped off with cotton pads and it cleansed my face perfectly.

This product was great for my skin
This product was great for my skin. I am in my late 50's and cleansers can dry my skin but this product was very nourishing. Was excellent at removing my make up.

Great for allergic skin
For several years I've suffered with contact dermatitis due to allergies and thought I'd never find a cleanser I could use. I couldn't even use baby lotion or simple face wipes. I got a sample of this so decided to give it a try and haven't looked back since. It's not cheap but it's worth it if you are limited what you can use. It leaves your skin feeling nice and soft too.
I've now also got a La Roche moisturiser.
