Directions

For the best results apply your foundation with a kabuki brush or a flocked sponge. Shake a little foundation powder into the lid of the jar and swirl the brush into the powder until there's an even covering of minerals on the brush. Tap the base of the brush on a hard surface to settle the minerals into the bristles, this ensures a natural looking finish. Starting at the jaw line, apply the foundation in a circular motion applying some pressure. Re-load the brush and re-apply in thin layers until the desired coverage is achieved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go to foundation! This is my go to foundation. I have oily, spot prone and sensitive skin, and I come back to this time and time again. The finish is matte without taking all life from your skin. It covers everything I need it to without breaking me out or settling into lines and pores (although I do use a liquid concealer underneath for very red blemishes). I’m really pale, and all of the bare minerals foundations are too dark for me. The porcelain in this foundation is perfect for me though, and I honestly think this is superior in formula to BM. I also use the sculpt and glow contour duo and blush from this brand. I try other foundations but keep coming back to this one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not great I thought I'd try this instead of my usual BareMinerals mineral foundation because it's a lot cheaper, but quite disappointed with it as the coverage is minimal no matter how long I keep buffing it in. Not impressed, won't buy again and will be returning to BareMinerals!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adore this foundation! I got this because my skin is sensitive and was breaking out terribly. I thought that a mineral makeup would be as close to inert on my skin as I could get outside of going barefaced. I love this makeup so far. It hasn't irritated my skin, and provides far more coverage than I expected. My face is healing, with no new break outs, and enough coverage for me to feel like I can go out in public without feeling incredibly self-conscious. I am also super, super pale - I typically need to add white to the lightest foundations to get a match. The lightest shade of this makeup matched me nicely. So I can recommend this shade to fellow pale-faces. It's also cruelty-free, what more can you want?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So surprised.... Was very hesitant to try out a mineral foundation as I always use liquid. Was so surprised on the coverage and how smooth and soft my skin felt. The powder also colour corrected any discolouration I had on the sides of my face. It actually looked like I had liquid foundation on! I have light skin with warm undertones and the warm peach colour was perfect. If you have very dry skin, powder is not the best. Very easy to apply, will always keep repurchasing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT foundation! I wasn't sure which colour to order, so i ordered 2. Both would work depending on season. I LOVE this formulation. I was always a liquid foundation user, but with age and my massive pores I found it just accentuated it. This puts on so nice with a flat kabuki brush and blends in GREAT. it really looks airbrushed! I can go as heavy or light as i want. I don't think I'll use any other foundation again. I'm sold. And you use SO little. (been using for a month now)

I love these foundations - they apply and stay so much better than Bare Minerals and are much less shiny too :) China Doll is perfect for me at the moment before the sun has had a chance to give me a bit more colour over the summer. It is very pale but not as colourless as Porcelain - it covers and blends beautifully. I will probably buy Blondie as summer starts to set in so I don't look too washed out but this works perfectly over my pale skin with blotchy red patches and blue veins and builds up wonderfully over any blemishes. Love this stuff :)
