Great for my white hair.

Yellow Root Glow Band Slayer
My greying hair is bleached from level 5 to level 10 with professional bleach and toner that bleaches 9 levels + (begins with "S") and it is a great duo.
However; I still get a yellowish band or root glow, as my hair is annoyingly resistant. Purple shampoos tend to grab on the ends too much as it is so porous and not take at that root glow, plus the drying aspect is not welcome.
I decided to mix Purple Reign conditioner with my dry hair conditioner and apply first to the ends and then rinse quickly just the ends then put full strength Purple Reign conditioner on the roots and 4 inches down and left it on a few minutes then rinsed off.
The result is perfect. It is not silver thankfully, as I do not want silver or grey . It is a lovely muted blonde with no yellow band and it matches the ends.
So many colour conditioners do not work at all or stain grey, blue, pink or purple. Not this one !
Finally, I am happy without having to tone roots again with a lifting version of my usual professional toner.
The conditioner is good in itself, but if hair is exceptionally dry or damaged it can be mixed with your preferred conditioner.
Noughty - please do not discontinue this product it really is a diamond in the rough and not many people are aware of it !

Works a treat and smells amazing
