Ideal Hand Wash
I got some Nursem hand wash a few weeks ago and it has been fab. I normally get really dry skin on my hands and washing them lots never helps but having this by my kitchen and bathroom sinks has made the dry patches so much better. Thanks Nursem!

Excellent duo of soap and hand cream.
Excellent duo of soap and hand cream. Love the naturally produced scent. The story of how it was developed and the products given to NHS staff is heartwarming. It also does an outstanding job. Cracks in the skin on my fingers, caused by gardening, that I’ve had for years have healed up completely.

Beautiful fragrance
This is a beautiful hand wash but perhaps not quite robust enough to trust to kill germs at work. I really love the lemony forest like scent with has serious aromatherapy benefits. Because it barely foams, it's very gentle on the skin. I've kept my bottle for the bathroom where I trust it to clean in my home environment. I felt it wasn't foaming enough for the sink in my classroom during the pandemic, hence the lower star rating.

Nurses hand wash - so good!
This is so good. It doesn’t leave skin dry at all, skin feels so comfortable after use.
Different to any hand wash I’ve used before. Scent is fine, not amazing but the moisturising qualities are so good I’d buy again and again, especially at the moment with constant hand washing and dry kids hands.

Worth it
Pricey for a hand wash but smells amazing (like a walk through an alpine forest after a rain storm) and leaves hands feeling thoroughly clean but not dry. Would definitely buy it again - I'm hooked!

Great for contact dermatitis
I’ve had contact dermatitis for a year now and this has really helped calm down the flare up on my hands. It’s very gentle and I love the scent too!
