Excellent for cracked hands
I have spent a lot on hand cream this year. Hand washing and sanitiser have made my already cracked hands even worse. I work as a nurse in the NHS so have always washed my hands a fair amount. I originally tried the nursem hand cream in a tube which was ok in that it didn’t make my hands worse which a lot of creams did. The skin fix is the best I have tried so far. It is fairly thick but absorbs very quickly. It is marketed for night use but I use it all day and it provides fast relief when my hands flare up. Unfortunately a pot doesn’t last me very long and it is expensive but for me it helps and I would recommend it if you haven’t tried it yet.

Hand saviour
My nurse hands are much better since using this for 1month. However the test will come in the winter when I have bad splits on my thumbs

Brilliant product for sore hands
Recommended by nurse for long stay patient who has to wash her hands frequently and they were getting very sore. Her hands are so much better after using it for just a short time.

Great for hands and face ! A bargain face cream !
I use this as a face cream actually, very reasonably priced and works a treat !
I use it instead of my other face cream which costs £55 a jar and this Nursem is better !

Great product, small portions
Really good hand cream, excellent for dry skin, but I used a whole pot in 2 weeks and didn't use everyday so not great value.

BEST cream I’ve ever tried
Being a nurse in an acute setting I wash my hands a huge number of times each shift. For years I have had persistently dry, sore, and cracked skin and have tried numerous different hand creams. This range is by far the best one I have used and has made such a big difference. My hands are no longer sore and cracked and the dryness has almost completely gone. I honestly can’t tell you how much better they are.

Magic cream!
This cream is magic! I have had extremely dry, cracked hands and tried lots of intensive hand creams but to no avail. I used this once overnight with some cotton gloves and my hands had improved significantly by the morning. I now apply it each night and my hands are fully recovered. I've even used it on my husband's dry elbows and it sorted them overnight. I would highly recommend!

Nursem Hand Cream
Saw your item on TV so ordered the hand cream for my daughter in law as she works as Deputy Manager in a care home.
She’s helped bring all her residents through this terrible time completely COVID free but her hands suffered with all the washing.
