The drink my skin has been waiting for
After years of super-sensitive, dermatitis flare ups, I was unsure how effective this would be, despite being a huge fan of your products....the papery, raw, tight and itchy feeling has still been there at times of stress (either emotional or poor sleep, illness etc.)
This serum really packs a punch in one pump. After one use my skin felt calmed and visibly less red. After the second use, I looked hydrated and dare I say, glowing. I’ve been using it for over a week now and my skin is happy, hydrated and looks better than it has in years.
A new must-have, one cannot underestimate the power of having skin, you don’t need to be thinking about all day!

Sadly not for me
Although this is promoted as the serum for skins that cannot tolerate serums, it unfortunately didn't work for me. My very sensitive skin still reacted by becoming red and itchy, with the tell-tale rosacea bumps making an appearance. I have actually found one natural serum which does work for me, from a well-known organic brand, and the difference (which I think is the key for me) is that it is fragrance-free, with no essential oils. I do believe that this is key for ultra-sensitive skin and I am sensing a sea-change which means we will see more fragrance-free products in future. The positive side though is Pai's excellent 90-day returns policy, for which many thanks.

Does what it says for my sensitive & dehydrated skin
I love this product! I’ve been using it to combat the dry tight feeling I’ve been having lately and also the crepey lines around my nose and forehead. Those lines are gone now and my face feels hydrated. While more or less everyone thinks I’m in my mid 20’s, I’m actually 43 and my sensitive, dry & dehydrated, eczema and psoriasis prone skin, stays looking fresh and glowy without a hint of trouble. I use it a couple [2-3] nights a week, with my rose hip seed oil which I have been using from pai for at least 10, but probably more years now. I almost exclusively only use Pai for my face and body as my skin is hyper sensitive and reactive, but with pai you wouldn’t know. Thank you Pai for saving my skin.

Back to Life serum great for sensitive skin
After my first Pai consultation two years ago I used Instant Kalmer serum as part of a package as my skin was very angry and irritated. It worked wonders. So when I wanted a little more hydration to my skin in the winter months I was slightly reticent to change. But following more Pai advice I added Back to Life to my routine and it has proved excellent. It gives my skin more hydration whilst still keeping it calm and keeping away those flare ups. I can feel it tightening (in a good way) my skin when I have put it on and it brightens beautifully.

Back to Life Hydration Serum
I was very nervous of trying this serum and true to form my skin did tingle a little for the first few times I used it. However it did not react badly in terms of redness, flaring up etc so I kept going and now it loves the serum! It really does hydrate the skin and leaves it looking plumped and happy with itself which is unusual for my skin. I have definitely noticed a difference and I'm pretty hard to please as I've had so many bad experiences leaving me quite skeptical about claims. I am confused however as to whether this contains hyaluronic acid or not? I thought it did but I don't think I saw it listed on the ingredients? I believe it was added to the Age Confidence cream and I had a similar tingling when that formulation was changed?

Back to life indeed
I usually suffer with dry skin and dry patches in Winter because of the cold weather and heating indoors and this product has drastically helped improve my skin. I really didn't expect this to have such an impact. Coupled with the rosehip oil, my skin feels so dewy and moisturised all day and has never looked better - with no dryness in sight. I have never had such good skin in winter. I forgot to apply this the other day and really noticed a difference... so I guess that means will be buying this forever now!

Love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I apply 1 pump of this in the evening after cleansing and before moisturiser. I have been using it for about 5 weeks now and I love it. I have combination/sensitive skin which is prone to breakouts. I haven’t had a reaction to this and it has made my skin look and feel more hydrated. Before I started using the serum I was having to apply two layers of moisturiser because my skin felt tight but I no longer have to do that.

Good oil for dry sensitive skin
I have really bad eczema and lots of allergies. I’ve struggled to find good anti-aging products that don’t cause irritation. I was reluctant to review this when it arrived because it takes at least a couple of weeks to really know whether a facial product is any good. Sometimes irritation begins later as well as you develop antibodies to the new allergen. I happy to report after 3 weeks, this is great. I’m using it at night. Leaves my face feeling fresh in the morning.
