I suffer with very red skin on my nose and cheeks. My condition has gotten worse as I have aged. The skin is sensitive, hyper reactive and inflamed. I cannot go without makeup and even then the redness is visible. I have tried everything. This is the first product I have purchased in this range and I can tell you that from the off my skin looks so much better. The redness is significantly reduced and my skin feels less sensitive almost as if it’s healing. The toner feels very comforting. I love it !, I am so impressed I have placed an order for the oil and the serum. I had come to believe that nothing could help my skin but now I know this works I can feel confident again.

Cannot live without this, literally!
This product has saved my sensitive skin and I love it. It calms and soothes like no other product i have tried. I have very sensitive skin which is prone to redness and this product ( along with the cleanser and moisturiser make my skin feel much happier and calm. And if I do get a flare up in the day (central heating etc) then I even spray it over my make-up too.
I use it morning and night and even though it is very expensive, I just can't stop using it as I feel it really works. Pai products are so trustworthy for sensitive skin and I have used them since they started and refuse to try anything else!

Fantastic product, poor packaging
I absolutely love this product, it works wonders on dehydrated, rosacea prone skin. Very soothing and hydrating. However, the packing is such a let down for the price. I love the glass bootle but the spray nozzle is very disappointing. I didn't make it a third through the bottle before the silver coating started to peel off, leaving me with tiny silver specks all over my hands and face. It stopped spraying correctly and just started dripping. I had to transfer the contents to another spray bottle providing a much finer mist. A real shame, for this reason alone I won't be repurchasing. Such a shame because I absolutely love the product but cannot justify the price if it's to transfer it to another bottle.

5/5 - a bigger size bottle option would be great!
I had very irritated & sensitive & red skin when I started using Pai products.
The first few times, the toner left some tingling sensation and made me worry if my skin were going to react badly to it. BUT it never caused any trouble on my skin. Now my skin has calmed down a bit, I can feel it keeps my skin moist.
I can confidently recommend to anyone with reactive, sensitive & dry skin.
Only thing is, it would be great if Pai offers it in a lager size container too. Since I use the toner soaked cotton pad to cool my overheated face, I use it up fairly quickly.

Corrected review
I've ordered the new improved toner a while back and immediately after receiving wrote a review of what I didn't like as a lot seemed to have changed, even my skin reaction initially (which I now see was a one-off). I have to say, after using it for a while I asked for the review to be retracted and am correcting it now as I did find after using the toner for a while not only was I able to get used to the new sprayer - it's actually much better than the older one once you learn how to use it - it's much finer. I love the bigger packaging as it lasts for ages now (also probably thanks to the fine spray), the smell I isn't as strong and divine as I remember it used to be I find it slightly less flowery than it used to be. Overall it's my return to product, very happy with it!

My second bottle
I always thought toners were just a way for cosmetics companies to get you to pay for needless bottles of alcohol, but either I was wrong or things have really changed. I love this stuff! I use it in the morning after wiping my face with a warm cloth (no cleanser) and let it soak in before putting on the chamomile day cream. Then I use it at night after cleansing and before using the rosehip oil (letting my face air dry after cleansing, then spraying with the toner and applying oil to damp skin). When I ran out of this toner, there was a noticeable difference in my skin — more redness, a few pimples/spots — which went away once the second bottle arrived. I also love the smell and sometimes use it in the afternoon just as a pick-me-up. (And I am *not* a product junkie who spends recklessly on this kind of thing.)

Lovely tonic water - really refreshing!
I bought this a little while ago and was very happy to see this product as I have been looking for products with lotus extracts (lots of benefits for hair and skin) have been using it in the mornings before moisturiser. I have dry /dehydrated skin and it works well for me, I also like the brightening effect - it does make my skin feel less dull. I find this water really refreshing and it also sprays very well so you get an even mist. I will purchase again. Thanks Pai.

My desert island must have
If I had to choose my favourite item from the Pai range, it would be this fine mist tonic. I have mild rosacea and, the Pai range for sensitive/redness has improved and calmed my skin ten fold. I did try another spray mist toner as this is fairly priced but have come straight back to Pai. It has a wonderful freshness about it and moisturisers skin, not leaving it dry like other spray tonics. It doesn't have that organic smell about it either. Just perfect.
