Pigmented but not fully waterproof
Very handy to carry around, easy to apply, formula is deeply pigmented + smooth and dries fairly quickly. Stays all day if working in a dry environment/office and not sweating. Stays put on the waterline.
However this eyeliner unfortunately did not pass the workout test. By the end of my brutal 30 min cardio workout the eyeliner had completely smudged.
So in a nutshell I would recommend if wearing on a daily basis to work indoors but if you're engaging in any sort of physical activity where sweating is involved/or living in a very humid area then it's better to not wear this eyeliner.

Really disappointing
I’ve used stila’s Stay All Day Eyeliner religiously for the past year or so. Until they’ve changed the product. I’m not sure if it’s the new formula or if I was sent a fault product, but the pen is dried out and hardly draws on my eyelids! I used to love this product because it was so easy to use and lasted a long time, but I’m so disappointed this time around. I would not repurchase this product

This is MAGICAL
I am blown away by this eyeliner! The tip is super precise and clean, it stays ALL DAY and doesn’t smudge at all even when my eyelids get oily throughout the day, and the best part… it comes off like a dream! I don’t even have to use makeup remover, my face wash removes it just fine?!! I have never had such a perfect eyeliner before it ticks all the boxes!

The best eyeliner I've found
I have used this eyeliner for the past 3 years and it's excellent. The brush tip is sharp yet broadens out, so I can draw a narrow line or wider, cat-like flick if I want to. There is enough in the pot to last for at least 3 months, and I use it every day. It is a good deep black, easy to apply, stays on all day and doesn't irritate my eyes. I'm 56 years old and have been using eyeliner since I was 14 - during that time I've experimented with lots of brands but I've been loyal to Stila since I first discovered this product.

Dries out so quickly!
I bought this last month and have used it under 10 times since as I don’t often wear makeup. at first it was fairly nice to apply but to my dismay, it has already dried up! I’ve had much cheaper products that last much longer before drying out so I am very disappointed. I checked and I had put the lid on properly so it must be a product flaw. Would not purchase this again as for the money you only get a few appliances out of it before it dries up :(

Shocking
Very disappointing. I have bought this eyeliner for years- probably buy about 6 of them
each year- but the two I bought from Feel Unique recently were like the one I was throwing out- very dry and therefore would not spread nicely on my eyelid. Had to throw both straight in the bin. Not a happy customer. Will never buy again.

Great eye liner
The tip is incredibly thin which allows for very precise and on fleek cat eyes. The application is surprisingly easy as well! One negative is that if you have hooded eyes, you might have to reapply it where your crease is as it sometimes fades. Other than that it doesn't smudge and easy to correct so definitely recommend.
