Headaches!!!!
I really like the concept of these beauty boosts but unfortunately they gave me terrible headaches. I don’t suffer from headaches but after some googling I discovered others had the same side effect when using The Beauty Chef products. They tasted great but I also didn’t notice any difference in my skin.

So far so good!
It’s still early days so hard to tell if it’s making much difference to my skin but I can definitely feel a little added boost from it and am going to stick with it. Easy to drink and a lot tastier than other supplement drinks!
