Tastes great and works well.
A great base to mix with the beauty boosts. I mix this into a 1l bottle of water with the collagen, adaptogen and the gut primer from the same range, and surprisingly it still tastes great. My skin has definitely improved after using these products for the past 6 months.

Eczema prone skin
Been using beauty chef for a couple months now, I suffer from eczema and sometimes can get flare ups with no warning, I’ve not had anything since I’ve been using this. My skin feels stronger and more easily hydrated too. When I don’t have eczema flair ups, my skin can feel like it burns in areas like between the thighs and behind the knees if it’s hot and gets a bit sweaty, but since I’ve been using this, i find this issue has subsided as well, never thought this could happen! Thanks!

It tastes ok, but I had purchased it for the health benefits, of which I saw none. I got two tubs, as figured it needs time to show results, but sadly I feel it was a waste of money.

It's an ok supplement, palatable and provides some nutrients but honestly you're better off saving the money and putting it into buying some fruit and veg. making yourself a berry smoothie would have the same benefits. it's not sustainable to spend £40 a month on this, so I would not recommend it

Nice taste, would consider the full size
As this was just a sample, a bit hard to tell the longer-term benefits. But the taste was nice and it dissolved well into my water. I would consider getting the full size in the future but would like to understand the science behind the components of the ingredients, learn more about their sourcing, and understand their sustainability practices more in-depth.

Tastes good!
Delicious drink, tastes like blended strawberries. I gave four stars as it didn't blend fully (or I'm not really using it properly). I will need to use it more often to see the results though, as this is a review of a sample.

Love it
I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of years now and couldn’t be without it. It’s given me better gut health and makes my skin glow. It also tastes fine just with water, I take mine first thing when I get up.
