Packaging and delivery is extremely poor - never got to use the product.
The box this product arrived in was damp through and effected not only the box, also the product packaging and the product itself! I have contacted Customer Services, submitted a photo but have heard nothing back. I explained it was a gift and needed a swift turnaround solution but sadly nothing. The product itself could potentially be good but whats the use of buying it when the Customer Service is so poor. Would I purchase from you again.....NOl! Perhaps someone could expedite what is to be done with a poorly delivered gift!!

Fab product but not compact
It’s a fab product and looks far more expensive than it is! Only down side is that it is not very compact. It is also suited to someone with a big makeup collection

Highly recommend!
Best makeup bag I’ve ever bought! Really easy to use, stops my room from looking like a makeup factory explosion (boyfriend appreciates it a lot) and the fact you can wash it is a bonus.

I like this bag
it looks lovely, great colour and material. Doesn't tie very firmly though so need to use side ties to stop items falling out. bit smaller than expected
