This... doesn’t work
And I wasn’t expecting it to, but it is TINY and I guess I don’t see the point. It’s smaller than a lip balm and has the consistency of a solid Vaseline. Maybe buy as a secret Santa present where there’s a price limit? But I’d prefer a face mask or lip balm.

Great for a nightly sleep routine
I use this balm nightly on my pulse points on my wrists. It has a calming scent but not overpowering and the texture is easy to apply. its a handy size for travelling too. Would recommend for people looking for a light sleep aid or those who just love lavender!

This works!
This works. Literally. I bought this as a gift for my mum who, for various reasons, has problems sleeping. She says this balm is very relaxing and helps her drift off to a nice relaxing sleep.

Perfect for preggo nights sleep

Sleep balm works but pricey
It’s a lovey lavender balm but quite expensive for what it is.
I use it in my pulse points and night and have been sleeping well since using this along with the pillow spray.
