Smells of Patchouli
I got this because I recently bought a lavender diffuser for my bedroom and really liked the scent, and I was attracted by the idea of more sleep! But this spray doesn't smell of lavender - the overwhelming scent is of patchouli, which is a smell I can't stand and which makes me feel nauseous. I only sprayed my pillow once, when I first got the spray (before I knew what it smelled like), and now I'll be binning it, and buying a new pillow. If you like the smell of patchouli, it may work for you, but it just made me feel sick. The scent of patchouli in this spray should have been mentioned prominently in the product description.

Great Product that aids restful sleep
I purchased this product for my partner as he struggles to get a good nights sleep , after one week of use he is sleeping a lot better & getting a more comfortably nights sleep.

It certainly does work
I have only used it for a week but the quality of my sleep has improved dramatically. It smells lovely and I drop off to sleep almost immediately. I made the mistake on the first night of spraying the whole pillow which made it very damp to lay on. Now I only spray down the two sides and along the top of my duvet. Definitely a good purchase.

This actually does work!
This spray really does work, it relieves anxiety and makes you feel sleepy within 10 minutes. It also makes me sleep deeper without waking up lots in the night. I would recommend to anyone!
